We found this home to be a perfect spot for us! The location is great, close to Zion and Snow Canyon, and St. George. The house had a pebble ice maker which was amazing, and had lots of board games and a Switch for us to enjoy. The little details are appreciated!

This home was perfection! Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving and we were blown away by the detail, organization, and amenities of this home. We had fifteen people in our group, with plenty of room. The decorations are darling and everything was so clean and super organized. It was so easy to know where everything was and needed to be returned to because it’s ALL labeled! The kitchen was so well stocked with every appliance, dish, and seasoning you could need. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great, with lots to do outside. It’s close enough to the two gas stations that we took a nice walk there for snacks a couple of times.
The only negatives were that the propane tank on the grill wasn’t full and the spare one was empty, so we couldn’t quite cook all of our Thanksgiving steaks on the grill. And there is a smoke detector IN the kitchen. Any time we cooked something on the stove (like finishing the rest of our steaks), the fire alarm went off.
I would recommend this home a million times over! It was a dream! We love the St George area and would definitely book here again. Thank you for all of the little things that were included. Your thoughtfulness and care were very appreciated and noticed. And the peach pie you gave us was fantastic!

We stayed here with a group of people to go riding trails for a week. We have a 2 year old and teenagers and this was a perfect place for all of them. Wonderful neighborhood that is close to shopping areas. Loved it here and it was hard to leave ❤️

This property is amazing. Beautiful and comfy, and exactly as described. The house, specially the kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes, pans, utensils, etc. that you could possibly need. Perfect for us when we wanted to make fun family dinners. The owners have gone above and beyond to make everything feel like home for their guests.
The management company is superb. They respond very quickly to any question or comment, and are very helpful. This was, hands down, our best rental experience. Hope to stay here again when we are in St. George again. Highly recommend.

Best Weekend Ever!
We absolutely loved our time at Escondido 2450! All the accommodations were well thought out and wonderful! Anything you could ever need was provided. Our room was comfortable and spacious. All the common areas were great for all the kids running around. The location is perfect for getting outside and enjoying the sunshine. Parks and shopping are minutes away. We can't wait until our next stay!

We loved our stay at Escondido 2450 in Zion Suites! Went for a quick weekend trip with our friends' families and their kids. There was plenty of space for each of our families and lots of kid-friendly toys, play areas, and things we didn't think to pack like high chairs, kid plates, utensils, etc. Fun for the adults, too, with scooters, Nintendo Switch, and fire pit outside. Great layout and location for the home. Every detail has been thought of from pool towels to laundry needs and extra blankets. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. Convenient drive to parks and the rec center. Definitely plan to stay here next time we're in St. George.

Everything was top of the line. Kitchen appliances, utensils everything! There were 2 laundry rooms. All appliances were good brand. This place housed 14 of us including 2 toddlers. It was perfect. This is a beautiful Airbnb! It is conveniently located to local restaurants & stores, plus very close to the interstate for easy travel to downtown St George. This Airbnb is more than spacious and has everything you need, even scooters & a Nintendo switch for the kids! Definitely returning to this Airbnb again very soon.
