приезжайте в Киносаки - эта гостиница по самой вменяемой цене !

близко к станции - 2 минуты ходьбы , номера просторные . красивый интерьер внутреннего зала , выбор кимоно .

завтраки скромные очень . матрасы слишком мягкие , размеры подушек удивляют - микроскопические . лучше уж на футонах спать... . персонала не видели, только девушки в кафе.в целом за эту цену приемлемо

Excelente localizaciòn.

La localización, al lado de la estación y los principales onsen. El desayuno no es buffet, básico pero bien. La habitación básica pero el colchón era cómodo. No tiene ducha, solo lavabo y water.

Amazing breakfast would book again this place had great value.

The breakfast was our favorite part! It is definitely worth the money and the cafe had tasty deserts as well. The closest onsen is less than a minute walk away and one of my top two from all seven. In general the location is perfect because it is also not far from the station.

There is no shower IN the actual room it is expected that guests will be using an onsen which was perfectly fine with us and such an enjoyable experience!

城崎溫泉住宿都偏貴，若只考慮價錢，仍是可以入住的一間民宿

離車站非常近，幾乎就在車站斜對面（走路1分鐘）住宿有提供簡易早餐、樓下就有賣咖啡和小點心可以邊吃邊泡腳。

沒有浴室，也沒有電梯，扛大型行李十分不方便。員工幾乎不會講英文，溝通上需要使用翻譯軟體，且服務沒有很及時，因飯店員工同時也要招待咖啡店的客人，花比較多時間等候。

手軽で色々と観光、見て回りたい人にはオススメです。朝食もモーニングみたいで丁度良い量でした！

駅から近くて便利です。アーリーチェックインが出来て、荷物を預かって貰えるところ。そしてチェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけるところ。施設も新しい。そして、従業員皆若い方達でしたがとても親切でした。

特には無いのですが、洗面所の流し台の間口が小さく、朝顔を洗う時苦労しました。蛇口に頭を何度もぶつけました。

Beautiful and relaxing.

Breakfast was nice, we got some sweet potatoe instead of meat and was great! Nice room and good yukatas.

Not really anything. Maybe a discount to some onsens as onsen weren’t included in the stay.

Très relaxant

La vue sur la nature était très appréciable. La chambre était grande et au calme, avec tout le nécessaire.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais peut être un peu léger ? Nous apprécierions de pouvoir prendre une boisson chaude ET un jus en même temps. Le prix d'accès aux onsen n'est pas inclus.

Great value for money

The location (super close to the train station), the room was nicely decorated, the cute coffee shop downstairs, the fact that they give you free yukata/kimonos to walk around the city. The breakfast was also nice. They allowed us to check in early because the room was ready.

There is no shower, so make sure to shower at the public onsens before going home to sleep.

A great place to stay in Kinosaki Onsen !

The hotel is a great place to stay in Kinosaki Onsen. It's right accross the train station and very close to the baths, restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Not having a shower is not a problem at all since there are so many cheap baths very close. The managers were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, yukata and clogs provided to guest. BUT no shower or bath.

Great location, easy walking to the picturesque river in our Yukata and clogs provided by the hotel. Drinking tea with our feet in the foot baths in the café that serves as the hotel entrance was a nice experience.

The major issue is the lack of any shower in the hotel (why it only scores a 7 for us). It is assumed all residents will bathe in the onsen (naked) which is NOK for many people and certainly not our teenage children. Be aware almost all restaurants close mid afternoon.

Amazing facilities, very modern and clean. Right next to a couple onsen and 1min walking from the station. Breakfast included and it was tasty. Best beds we've had in Japan yet.

Comfortable and clean stay

Love the concept of having a foot bath at the ground floor, we got to enjoy it after having our breakfast over a coffee! The location was fabulous, just right opposite the train station. And their breakfast was delicious too. The room we got is very unique, can see the old wooden structure of the building, we love it!

A tad bit far from some of the public bath, it's a good walk if the weather is fine. However if it's winter you might have to consider the distance of walk after you taken bath, because there's no bath or shower available here.

My husband wants to return. He found the onsens great for his back & the entire experience

the young staff were exceptional. Kind, thoughtful & helpful & always cheerful. The location was superb - very close to the station & information bureau. Breakfast was included & consisted of a hard boiled egg, a couple of small sausages, salad, toast, dessert & a drink of choice. The staircase is very steep but our luggage was carried up & down for us. We had a large room at the front overlooking the street. There was no shower but a toilet & handbasin. You are expected to bathe at the onsen. Onsen towels, yukatas & wooden sandals are provided. The onsens are wonderful as is the town.

Large room for Japanese standards.

No shower in the room nor in the hotel. Going to Onsen was on own budget, while other hotels gave a free badge. This could have been clearly stated at room booking site to avoid surprises.

Incredible experience, staff was so kind, and location was perfect. I’d stay here many more times!!

we really enjoy the small town.

The hotel was in the center of Kinosaki Onsen

we had a bedroom without a window. The music at the reception stays on all night. The bed wasn’t very confortable. There is no bathroom in the hotel, good to know, you have to go to the onsen to have a shower and pay for it. There is no free parking.

Nice coffee shop hotel

Simple and clean hotel. Amazing staffs who manage both the coffee shop and hotel.

Location is both pros and cons. It’s good that near the train station. However, the street was very dark in the night. Especially in rainy and cold day, it’s a long walk after onsen late night to go back to the hotel

Cute, near the train and right in town. Very convenient to all the onsens and shopping

Breakfast was simple thick toast with butter, small susages, egg, and yogurt. Staff was extra helpful when I was looking for my lost luggage.

Part of it is a cafe (downstairs) so don't expect typical front desk setup of a hotel. There is an emergency number to call after the cafe is closed.

Relaxing room with a really soft bed

Very spacious room, nice view and a very comfortable bed. We didn’t realise we would get breakfast so that was a nice surprise!

The checkin wasn’t smooth, as we didn’t speak Japanese. The staff tried their best! There is no shower but that wasn’t a problem for us considering the availabilities of showers at the onsen.

Exceptional

2 minutes walk from the train station and onsen one. Yukata and accessories are available for free for men, women and children. You are also given a straw bag with an onsen containing two towels and tabi socks, clean towels are left in front of the room each day. The room was very nice, with tatami and a fully functioning dining area. Microwave, cups, chopsticks, wet and dry napkins are always available in the common area. Breakfast is tasty and filling.

The bed was very soft.

The breakfast is amazing, probably the best I had when I was in Japan. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. The location is also within easy walking distance to the hot springs and the station. Would recommend to anyone staying in Kinosaki.

great value for money

The location is great-- very close to the train station and an easy walk to all the onsens. It is above a coffee shop with great coffee and a foot soak area (the reception is the coffee shop counter). They give you a basket with towels and socks for toting to the onsens, which is much appreciated. The room was spare, but incredibly clean. The internet worked well. Breakfast was simple but good (yogurt, toast, hard boiled egg, slaw, sausage and coffee).

The mattress was much too soft and the pillow was skimpy. It is worth noting that the (much more expensive) ryokans in town provide dinner for guests, so there aren't that many places open for dinner, lots of things close around 5 or 6 pm. We had a good dinner down the street at a place with a sign for beef and wine.

Excellent location just across the road from the train station. Room was clean and very new. Simple breakfast provided.

Spring Mattress was too soft. Need to climb stairs to the 3rd floor with luggages.
