Located in Payne Springs, this lovely house for $499 per night is a great choice for your next break. Incredible brand new modern water front home! Lake view from master and living room, patio, dock and party deck! Large covered patio with outdoor kitchen, gas grill, large back yard, dock with lighted party deck, firepit, swimming, cornhole, giant connect four yard game,! Private neighborhood with a boat launch just down the street! Close to dining restaurants accessible by boat! Just 60 minutes from Dallas and 35 minutes to Canton First Monday Trade Days! I specialize in customizing your experience to make every stay a 5- star experience! Walk into a clean, newly built home from the moment you enter! As you enter, the kitchen is to your right! It is stocked with everything you'll need, from grilling to hosting a meal! Beautiful dinnerware, crockpot, pots, pans, backing pans, electric skillet, ect. The great downstairs room has an electric- remote controlled fireplace, use it for heat or no heat to set the mood! The room is filled with mid-century modern decor! Just a few steps away is the door to the back covered patio area, with a gas grill, small fridge, seating area and cornhole boards with a beautiful lake view! Take a stroll down the paved walk way to the concrete seated firepit area or go a little farther to the dock with a party deck and enjoy the seating area with beautiful outdoor lighting and stunning sunsets! Inside, you'll find a very spacious master suite with full bath! Upstairs, you'll find the other three rooms and full bathroom!

We absolutely loved staying at Firefly! The house was pristine! It had everything we needed to cook, relax and hang out with our family and friends! The lake levels were super low, but obviously the host had nothing to do with that! Communication was easy, seamless and we will definitely be coming back!

Great home. Lots of space and very comfortable. The outdoor area was great for our family and we loved the rooftop deck over the dock. Everything was super comfortable and the space is great for entertaining.

The property was AMAZING! Everything was just as pictured if not better. The house was very spacious & nicely decorated . If your looking for a spacious , kid friendly house .. THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU . Did I mention there was a lake ? Oh yeah it’s a lake house which was even better. The host Jennifer had great communication from the time we booked to the time we checked out. The only con was service was HORRIBLE. So if you’re looking for a getaway that’ll help you bond & openly communicate amongst yourselves— this is definitely the house for you!

The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and the party deck on top of the boat deck was our favorite hangout every night! Jen made sure we had everything we needed and was there for any assistance or questions we had! We highly recommended this home for any occasion! We will be back!!

We loved the Good Vibes home. Beautiful decor and layout. Wish it was not so far back in a channel, there is no water access. We were hoping for a dock our kids could jump off and swim.

Gorgeous and Welcoming!
We loved our Stay at this beautiful modern home on 4th of July weekend! Everything was perfection-the decor, ambiance, cleanliness and the beds were so comfortable! The kids loved the bunk room and played card games there after long days swimming and tubing on the lake! The yard was a perfect set up for bag toss and the party dock has great views of the lake!
Highly recommend and we will definitely be back! Also, Jennifer was so communicative and professional.

One minor problem was all the wasps and wasps nests at the front door that I had to remove before bringing the kids in. There were also nest and webs all over the back porch and the inside fan. Again, not a deal breaker but worth mentioning. We also had a an issue when we returned to the house on our first night after being on the lake and the door code no longer worked. I fought with the door for an hour and finally managed to get it open. However, we could no longer leave the house locked for fear of not getting back in. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach the owners the night we were locked out, but they did message us the next morning saying a repair man would be there that day to fix it. That never happened, but again, everything about our stay otherwise was great and we would definitely come back.
