This lake vacation was meant to be enjoyed around the beautiful fire pit and huge plush yard. Huge covered porch with ceiling fans is a enjoyable way to spend a relaxing morning drinking coffee watching the birds on the lake. The plush grass yard is the perfect area to grill or experience the beautiful lake view. The swimming area next to the dock has a rare sandy bottom that is ideal for playing in the lake. Large trees surrounding the property provide cool shade for the grassy St Augustine lawn. In the evenings relax around the fire pit that is ideal for roasting marshmallows. If that wasn't enough, the property also has a boat house with a swim deck for fishing and sun bathing on the lake. Bring your boat and conveniently use the boat house to keep your boat safe when not in use. The neighborhood also has a convenient private boat ramp, a short walk away from the property. Custom Built Home, located in Indian Harbor, this Paradise is perfect for a relaxing getaway. You will love the Panoramic views of the Open water. All bedrooms have a lake view and the loft view is amazing. The front porch is inviting and covered with a nest hello door bell. A large covered deck with ceiling fans, surround sound speakers, and seating for 12 provides a comfortable space for dining, grilling, relaxing, and watching the sun set. This vacation home is fully furnished and can accommodate 12 people (8 adults, 4 kids) comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including all necessities for cooking. The master bedroom, which opens to the deck, has a king size bed, the second and third bedrooms have queen size beds. The futon makes into a small full size bed, there are two twin mattresses on a trundle bed and a twin bed in the loft. A queen size air mattress can be put out for larger groups. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace on cool nights as you look out the expansive walls of glass onto the lake from the living room. An easy hour's drive from downtown Dallas and just south of Gun Barrel City, the house is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Canton's First Monday Trade Days (Held on the weekend prior to the first Monday of every month) is only a 30 minute drive and filled with fantastic flea market finds. Plenty to do nearby and a lake view that never gets old... Come experience paradise at Cedar Creek Lake. It's hard to go home!

We came to this beautiful lake side paradise. The house was so clean and well appointed. We loved spending time on the back porch watching the beautiful sunset each evening. It was a dream setting on the porch drinking coffee each morning. We will be back.

This waterfront home on Cedar Creek Lake had everything we were looking for. The master suite downstairs is amazing! We had 8 adults and one child and had plenty of room for everyone. The owner was available if needed and responded to messages quickly. We will definitely book this one again!

The property was clean and perfect for our sized group (6 adults). The kitchen and living area was large and spacious. The double decker lake dock was useful for docking my boat and fishing. The water was very low due to lack of recent rain but we still caught fish at the dock. Would recommend to others looking to enjoy the lake.

This is my first review that has not been a four or five star. The house is modern and nice with two bedrooms upstairs and loft with a loose railing. Besides the beds being made, I spent 3 hours cleaning floors, dried food from table and chairs, spider webs from lighting fixtures inside the house, and ants in master bath, kitchen, and upstairs bedroom. Gave up and did not clean outside porch. Back yard is unusable because the sprinkler system leaks and water stands. Notified host of issues and asked for a 50% refund on cleaning charges, it has been ten days and his response is he is looking into the matter.

Great time with our adult children and grandson. Cooked together, swam together both morning and evening. Played games. Love the sunsets and the rising of the sun each morning. The weather was perfect all week with highs above 100. Out golden retriever loved the water. Plan to visit again next year. Perfect accommodations.

We had an amazing time at this property. It was a perfect place on the water, not to busy and a short boat ride to the marina. We brought our boat and the lift was great way to access our boat quickly. Clean and great amenities. We will definitely book again.

Overall a good place to stay. Neighborhood is tight, tight fit for pickup and boat trailer. Nice to have a boat ramp so close! House was clean, management was responsive. No queen air mattress as advertised…’futon’ sleeping surface was smaller than a regular twin bed. The sleeping situation was not disclosed until after notifying management. Having a two story deck with boat lift was very handy. 20-30 drops of grease appeared on the entire length of the boat while parked in the dock. Overall a good place to stay, was worth the asking price.

We had an amazing time staying! Waking up to the lake every morning was so peaceful! The dock is perfect for fishing. I even suggest renting a lily pad from Cedar Creek Rentals! Such an amazing home - we will be back!

We rented this property and the house next door for a family reunion. The large backyard and dock were perfect for games, activities, fishing, and relaxing on the back porch. Everyone had such a great time, all the family wants to do it again next year.

The house is well appointed and is a nice place to stay, Master Bath is the best! Our group spent a lot of time on the large deck, fishing and taking in the view of the sunset. Limited supplies so be sure to bring/buy your own. Lots of pots/pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. Note that the grill was changed over to charcoal grill only. About 12 minutes to a grocery store and dining options. For nearby activity, the group went to Purtis Creek State Park for hiking. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Would recommend to anyone who wants to relax in comfort and enjoy the lake!

This is a really nice lake house big enough for our family of 6. Everyone had a great time sitting around the outside fire pit and fishing off the dock. The kitchen is nice and fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. Loved the master suite was downstairs and the rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. Overall a great place to relax and fish.

This was the perfect weekend getaway at the lake. Property was so clean and the house was perfect. Loved having a boat house to store the boat and the firepit at night was wonderful. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

House was nice and good location on the lake. Make sure you take a few essentials, Kitchen towels and spices for cooking. Lake was low but that's always changing.. if you are cold natured, blankets would be good. The loft is nice space for kids..

This lake property is very good. The location is centrally located to Walmart, Brookshires and good resturants. The house itself is great, lake is great, fishing is great, atmosphere is great. Plenty of room to relax and sit outside and enjoy a cold drink.

We love this side of the lake and have been looking for the perfect house to accommodate our young children and grandparents for a family weekend on the lake. This house received rave reviews from young and old! There is main floor bedroom, which is great for grandparents. Plus two bedrooms and a loft for the rest upstairs. Location is perfect -- the best sunset views on the lake and a quiet cove for tubing, fishing, waterskiing, etc... Chris was very responsive to a few questions we had during check-in (mostly due to water being low, which is currently impacting the entire lake). Kitchen is well stocked and house was lovely! We will definitely be back!
