About this house rental
Nestled in Payne Springs, this attractive house for $225 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. When searching for a place to "get away" from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, a lakefront home is the perfect place to land. At Cedar Creek Casa you will feel right at home, because it has been a cherished family weekend getaway for years. A double decker dock is the perfect place to catch some afternoon sun or watch the sunset. Unless of course, you are enjoying the water from the large deck at the house! Either way, your family and friends will be drawn to the placid waters or to the green lawn perfect for an evening fire or a friendly yard game. The large master suite features a king sized bed, double sinks, a large shower, and a beautiful jetted tub. You can also put away all your luggage in the large master closet so you can really unwind and feel at home. The second bedroom features a queen sized and an open closet and dresser to unpack and unwind from a day at the lake. The bunkroom is great for kids or adults alike! 2 twin-over-twin bunks are nestled in the back bedroom complete with a second tv. However, we doubt you will spend much time in the bedrooms, because everyone always seems to be drawn to the kitchen or the back deck. Enjoy lake views will preparing dinner, and kick your feet up on the large outdoor furniture or the patio and chairs. Regardless of where you decide to sit and visit with your company, we know you will be able to relax and enjoy your vacation at the Cedar Creek Casa. A few things to note: *If utilizing the lake is important to you during your stay, please check out this website for an up to date reading of the water levels. https://www.cedarcreeklake.com/level *The house accommodates 10 guest in beds. If you are wanting to sleep additional guests, please reach out to us. *We do have a pet fee- per pet, per stay. However- just let us know and we can chat about it. We want your pets to enjoy the lake house too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful place on the lake. It was very clean and we'll equipped with everything we needed for our family.
We fished, swam, and relaxed on the boat dock.

Ok so the water level is low, but we knew that going in. The pier is fantastic, the house is simple but nice and the porch is to die for. Rebekah is a gracious host letting us check in early and leave late! We had a great family weekend, and we would definitely rent this place again. The neighborhood getting to the location is a little sketchy. However, we had no issues and the immediate neighbors we met were welcoming and nice.

The property was everything as advertised. It was clean a very well equipped. Two comments, (1) the front door lock was as advertised, a bit tricky, and (2) with dogs the back yard could benefit from being mowed down a bit to allow for easier pick up of you know what.

Great getaway by the lake!!
Such a great place to stay and everything we wanted. Had something for everyone. My Dad got to fish the whole weekend and the spot on the lake was perfect for myself and my son to spend time in the water with plenty of shallow areas. House was beautiful with great views of the lake and lots of space for everyone. Out of lots of different vacations we've taken, this is the place everyone can't wait to go back to!

Loved it would rent again. Only thing i would add 1. Flotation devices ( noodles) to float in the water (great bottom sandy) 2. outdoor grill .3. couple of cheap fishing poles. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

The owner was prompt when I had any questions. I would so rent this property again. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for our whole family. The outside was absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed the big porch and the dock area was great. We loved the balcony above the dock. I would diffently recommend this place. We will diffently rent this place again. Thank you to the owner for sharing your house and having it so clean and comfortable. This trip was for my husband 60th birthday and he was absolutely happy to spend his birthday at this property.

The front door was a little tricky to get in, but it was great after that. House was mostly clean with plenty of space. There was many spiderwebs throughout the porch and double deck out back. Window seals had dead bugs and the clothes washer had soap built up on the inside, but the rest of the house was lovely and clean. Homeowner provided everything we needed in the house and more. Home decor and furniture was really cute. Small outdoor cooker was not useable, but the back porch was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The backyard was great with a huge fire pit, though we never used it. The double deck out back in the water is great for fishing but we were not able to use the inner stall. Parking our boat on the sides worked fine, just remember your bumpers for there are none on the dock. Upper deck was a beautiful view of the lake and the sunset but had lots and lots of spider webs. The boat ramp and trash dumpsters are right around the corner. Overall our whole family had a nice time and shared memories together…..and that’s what it’s all about. The homeowner’s are very nice and were quick with response and was able to answer every question we had. I would give this location four stars.

Great Lakehouse not far from Dallas
We love this house because it's so close and convenient. Rebekah is quick to respond and very helpful before and during our stay. We spent most of our time outside on the deck, dock, or in the water. The house is set in a cove so it's great for kids to safely swim. There is grass between the house and the water so that's great too! Few things to note, if you're bringing a boat, you will need the key from Rebekah to get in and out of the neighborhood boat ramp. We had a great stay!

We loved our weekend at the lake! This home is well appointed, cute and cozy and was perfect for our family, and it has a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed the wrap-around patio in the morning and double-decker dock all day. The property owners were so responsive before and throughout our visit and so welcoming. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay and so much cuter than the pics even show. So many beds and chairs to accommodate everyone. It has a great patio and double decker doc and stairs to go swimming by the sea wall. And I loved the fact that it was waste deep and not too much wake from boats. The kids could easily swim and enjoy their sense of freedom not being so deep. Accommodations were perfect for a relaxing weekend.

There is a gated dog run at the side of the house that is a huge plus. The whole place, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, is clean and well stocked. We spent the majority of our time on the nice size porch, in the water, and on the dock. The view is stunning! Rebekah is a great host. She was available to answer all our questions before the trip and followed up with us after we left. She provided one of the warmest welcomes we ever had in a vacation rental. Check-in and check-out instructions are clear and easy to follow. All electronics and WIFI work well. We can whole-heartedly recommend everyone to rent the place, sit back, and relax during their time at the lake.

Amazing views!
The property was very clean and the views are to die for! The bathrooms and kitchen were very well stocked. The backyard and boat dock were very nice and very well kept. The back deck off the house made a great place to hang out, eat and have your morning coffee. Great place.
