The condo was decorated well and well stocked with dishes plus anything you would need! The location was great! The balcony was dirty like not even cleaned. The table had mold/mildew on it when we arrived and very unstable. The couch is uncomfortable. The beds are hard as a rock! I'm all about a comfortable bed but these beds were super hard. Due to the hardness of the beds my back hurt all week. They do provide towels but pack extra as they provide 1 for the week. The hot water needs to be better as we did run out of hot water with our large group and that was with also waiting for the hot water to warm up again. Lastly parking is not great for any condo. The parking spaces are very tight with huge columns in the way. Also they called the tow truck on everyone. My sister in law had her car towed because they said she was double parked which she had been parked that way for 3 days with nothing said. Other patrons were parked similar to the way she was and they were not towed! I have pictures! They need to calm down on the towing and call the renter before towing.

The place was in a great location. We loved the beach access and the pool. Unfortunately, the house could have been cleaner when we arrived. My youngest son (1 year old) had black hands and knees from crawling on the floor in the apartment. We told Vacasa of the issue. They offered to re-clean the apartment (we did declined, but I did appreciate the offer and communication). The grills were terrible. I struggled with all 6 of the grills. When I finally was able to get one started, I was told by a maintenance man that 4 of the 6 don’t work. All of the beds in the apartment were very uncomfortable.

Nice and spacious 3 bedroom. Great location off the pool. My father was able to move about in his wheelchair. Only down falls was parking was tight and limited, bbq grills not working in our building, and some elevators didn’t work.

Well the up side of the vacation was that it was private from Virginia Beach. No tourist just family oriented. Jose margaritas restaurant was the best Mexican food I had. My daughter an grandson enjoyed the aquarium. Lots of things to do close by. Shopping close by. The downside was the condo wasn't clean my wife an daughter are professional house cleaners had to clean the whole apartment. Garbage disposal leaking electrical outlets in the bathroom not working, top piece of microwave falling off. So overall we did have a good time. If you have any rentals in Ocean city for next year I maybe interested

Overall the unit was nice but there were a few broken things we noticed upon arrival. There was a hole in screen door, the button on the faucet (kitchen) was missing/not functioning and the hood above the microwave was loose and "repaired" in non satisfactory manner, as it came loose on us while heating water. This of all the issues should be addressed, as someone can get burnt/hurt (see drywall screw as quick repair). As mentioned before the cleaning was subpar, as there was sand in a few of the beds. This made us wonder as to if the sheets were ever changed. Also, it seemed as if the pools were closed for longer than what would be expected, especially in the early evenings and well after rain events. We barely got a chance to use them. Badges didn't work on certain doors, particularly ones closest to our car making lugging children and food more difficult. This was the case for Building A, most northern stairwell, closest to Baja. When we reached out to Vacasa to ask what we could expect in or with our arrival In the unit, specifically beach type items(chairs, umbrellas, etc.), if any, we were told that there were none. We were surprised to find there was a whole locker filled with such items. Knowing this would have made our loads a bit lighter on our way from Pittsburgh. Lastly, we did think the kitchen was adequately stocked with plates, bowls, etc. Running the dishwasher and leaving was a nice perk too. All in all, the place was nice and handy to the beach and the few restaurants close/inside was a bonus. With that, I am highly unlikely to use Vacasa for booking a trip and will not be returning to this condo unit in the future. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to provide this feedback.

Nice condo. Upon arrival I contacted the owners regarding a very Sandy bed, clearly not cleaned and no toilet paper. I was told they were looking into it and I should hear back from them. I did not, which was disappointing.
