* Host: 5/5. Good comms & Prompt responses. Greek & English. Made local recommendations. Bravo Fotis.
* Location: 5/5. Rooms with balcony. Sea views plus views across to Armenistis village (stunning views). Close proximity to both Livadi & Mesaktis beaches (property located at the apex of both beaches, <10mins walk, but 50/60 steps to manage however down to beachfront at Livadi). Approx 15-20 minute walk by road to Armenistis village or half that time if cutting across via beach access - but note steps are involved. Armenistis also has a lovely small cove and beach - locals mainly attend this beach - and less waves than Livadi.
* Value: 5/5. Reasonable price. No breakfast (but good à la carte breakfast at adjoining property “Astachas” - separate cost).
* Comfort: 5/5. Spacious rooms. Clean throughout. Bathroom good size by greek standards. Functional Kitchenette plus small Fridge. AC & WiFi worked well. AC was not blowing on your face in normal sleeping position. Beds provided a very good sleep (mattress toppers were a big plus to providing for a good sleep). A little street noise to note but nothing disturbing.

What a lovely place to stay! Very close to 2 beautiful beaches.
Well provisioned, fabulous sun terrace which got sun all day. We were very sorry to leave.
Fotis, our host, was very helpful, , arranged taxi from the airport, and car hire.
The road into the village is quite busy. It is a 10- 15 minute walk. Definitely recommend a torch for safety at night.

Η τοποθεσία, η θέα μοναδική, η ησυχία. Ικανοποιητικό το μπάνιο. Δίπλα σε δύο από τις πιο μεγάλες και όμορφες παραλίες του νησιού. Δίπλα στον Αρμενιστή και το Γυαλισκάρι.
Σκληρά μαξιλάρια. Σκισμένη η πετσέτα της κουζίνας που επί 5 διανυκτερεύσεις δεν αλλάχθηκε. Ζήτησα διπλό κρεββάτι και μου δόθηκαν 2 μονά με συνδετικό στρώμα για να καλύπτεται το κενό. Όταν άναβαν τα μάτια της κουζίνας έπεφτε το ρεύμα για 2-3 φορές και μετά λειτουργούσαν κανονικά.
