The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She kindly allowed me to leave my bag as I arrived in Zadar early in the morning, and she even had the room ready for me before the official check-in time. Everything was clean, well organised, and thoughtfully provided. I genuinely couldn’t fault my stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Zadar.

Good communcation with owner, flexible options.
I liked the location - close to sea to swim, rel. easy orientation from the Poluotok main gate. Cosy side walks.
The room was on the ground floor, by one of not busy walking lines, restaurant not far - you can hear voices but not laud. Other rooms are in private courtyard.
For several day stay I would choose it again.
No sufficient option to dry wet clothes.

We had such a lovely stay here! The accommodation was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was honestly perfect, right in the center, very close to the beach, and with a supermarket, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. It made everything so easy.
The host was absolutely lovely and welcoming. She was super kind, helpful, and gave us all the details and recommendations we needed, which made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Great location, beautiful accommodation, and an amazing host. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels both convenient and cozy!
