I thought the pool area was nice
The beds were terrible, I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels around the world and this one was very poor. You could feel the springs underneath you. The way the staff harass you into buying a share in there business was very disappointing let alone causing anxiety.

Qualidade e conforto nas instalações. As atividades do hotel são muito boas também.
A insistência da GAV em vender seus produtos estraga a experiência. É quase uma coação. Em todo lugar tentam empurrar a compra do empreendimento. É uma insistência predatória. A pia também estava entupida no banheiro.

Café bom!
Não gostei da importunação da equipe de vendas de apartamentos . Muita insistência em mostrar projetos que não tenho interesse. Isso atrapalhou muito minha estadia!
