Nicht bezüglich der Wohnung – sie war sauber und gut ausgestattet - Sondern bezüglich der mangelnden Transparenz bei dem Angebot auf Ihrer Web-Seite, sowie des „Geschäftsmodels“ der Agentur die die Wohnung vermittelt
Was ist problematisch?
- Es ist im Buchungsprozess auf Ihren Web-Seiten, nirgendwo explizite zu sehen, dass der angebotene Preis keine Bettwäsche, Tücher, Küchentücher beinhaltet. Ja, im 2. oder 3. Buchungsschritt, gibt es zwar ein Link auf ein „AGB Dokument/Vertrag“, wo auch „kleingeschrieben“, fast nebenbei, erwähnt wird, dass das Genanntes nicht im Angebot ist. Das war aber sehr leicht zu übersehen, was uns auch passierte. Die Agentur hat für nachträgliches Vermietung der Wäsche pro Person ein unangemessener Preis verlangt, was für 4 Personen letztendlich sehr viel kostete (nachweisbar)!! Alles deutet darauf hin, dass es sich hierbei um ein gezieltes „Geschäftsmodell“ bei dieser Agentur handelt – bereits beim Eintreten in die Räume in der Agentur bekam man die vielen, bereits vorbereiteten Bettwäschen-Pakete zu sehen, welche den halben Fußboden einnahmen und nur auf „neue Kundschaft“ warteten. Wir würde erwarten, dass die Informationen über solch versteckten Kosten unbedingt auf der Web–Seite transparent gezeigt werden müssten.
- Nirgendwo im Angebot auf der Web-Seite wurde erwähnt, dass die Schlüssel bei der Agentur abgeholt und zurückgegeben werden müssen – Das Problem ist, dass die Agentur fast 8 km, in einem anderen Ort als die Ferienwohnung, angesiedelt ist. Also mussten wir insgesamt, in beiden Richtungen, mehr als 30 km fahren, um die Schlüssel zu bekommen, bzw. zurückzugeben.
- Die Agentur Personal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Beim Bettwäsche-Ausleihen, wie auch bei dem telefonischen Anfragen (fehlende Dokumentation in der Wohnung für den Internetzugriff – weder wurde das zu benutzende Netz benannt (mehrere vorhanden), noch Passwort). Beim Telefonanruf war die Dame aus der Agentur unfreundlich und ungeduldig. Das Gespräch wurde ohne eine Entschuldigung beendet.
