This middle-unit townhouse features a south-facing terrace and a ground-level entrance with no steps. It stands out for its particularly beautiful elevated location with views of the Allgäu Alps mountain range. The vacation home is centrally located in the vacation village. The reception desk, restaurant, parking lot, and playground are all within easy reach.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
Kitchen (tiled floor)
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove (ceramic cooktop), range hood, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.
Living/Dining Room (Tiled Floor)
The bright, inviting living room is the perfect place to relax. The cozy seating area has room for all guests. A flat-screen TV and radio (stereo system) are also included in this home’s amenities. The living room opens directly onto your terrace. Barbecuing is allowed on the terrace (please bring your own grill). The dining area, which is directly adjacent, offers space for shared meals and cozy evenings.

Double bed and spacious closet. You also have access to the terrace from this room.

For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.
