About this house rental

Multi-Unit Home with one of the BEST views on the GA Coast overlooking the Medway River. Walk a few steps to the Sunbury Crab Company Restaurant next door for great seafood and steaks. 35 min south of Historic Downtown Savannah. Within a 75 min drive to beaches of St Simons Island, Jekyll Island and Tybee Island.

- Bottom Floor Unit of a 3 Unit Riverfront home w/ 3 separate private entrances
- This downstairs unit is 1 BR 1 bath with spectacular river views
- This rental does not have a dock but but you can rent dock space for your boat from Sunbury Crab Co dock next door (no fishing or crabbing off Sunbury Crab Co dock; boat dock space only)
- Nicely appointed with new furnishings, appliances and home goods
- Next door to the Sunbury Crab Company Restaurant, an award winning waterfront favorite
- Best suited for adults only because multi-unit house with limited yard space
