First and biggest plus, the team and service are unparalleled. The team was very reactive from day one. They have a direct WhatsApp contact that is timely addressed. Theresa & Magda in the Reception are the sweetest. To be fair the entire team is incredible. I wish I had asked all their names. The Housekeeping team is genuinely caring. You can tell this is a property that takes care of their people. They all give this sense of pride to be part of Lovia. The second best, THE POOL. Now that is one gorgeous pool. They have the best SUNSET view. I honestly don’t think any other property has the quality of sunsets that LOVIA has. The background music, makes it a fun place to stay the entire afternoon. The room is very spacious and the cleanliness is we always impeccable. The property is relatively new (5 years) with a very modern aesthetic and good maintenance. It is really the jewel of Mykonos town. It only has 25 rooms which only adds to the exclusivity of the entire stay.

Aside from 2 minor incidents concerning a late pick up and an issue with the room lights, which were handled properly. The overall stay was incredible.

Loved the hotel, the view is stunning, the staff was super friendly.

The hotel is located on a hill, going down to the city is easy, but the walk back up is a nightmare especially if coming back from the beach carrying stuff. I saw this warning online but i thought since i'm a sporty girl it wouldn't be an issue but I ate my words when faced with the task for doing it myself. Legs were sore the entire trip.
