Flat is part of a lovely building. Car Park is well lit and front door is always locked. Felt very secure in it and happy to come back late at night.
Very well equipped kitchen with a table. Cosy sitting area.
Bedroom is open plan, with shower room off it. Lot's of storage, suitable for an extended stay.
Weather was very warm during my stay. Very effective AC unit in flat. Can also open front & back windows to get a through flow. I don't like the heat and often can't sleep. However, flat was easy to keep cool amd comfortable.
Flat is in a good location. Easy to get to Town Centre, Lakeside and Race Course. Right beside Doncaster Royal Infirmary so handy for workers or visitors. Good bus service.
Good communication before arrival. Helen met me on arrival and explained how everything worked. Lovely welcome pack provided.
Had a few minor issues that were dealt with swiftly.
Flat is serviced weekly which was great.
Flat is light and bright, especially on Summer mornings. I wear an eye mask, so wasn't an issue for me.

I was working away for the week and can’t rate this property enough. Spacious with everything I needed and secure parking as well. Will definitely be back again. James

The apartment was perfect, it was clean, had a lot of appliances, the bed was super comfy, both the owners were incredibly nice and very accommodating I had a few requests that I thought would be too inconvenient for them but they went above and beyond to accommodate them. Highly recommend.
