A spacious flat in a good location

It’s quiet and well decorated. It was easy to communicate with the host.

The window shutters do not block the light entirely.

A pleasant luminous apartment.

The apartment is modern, airy and is situated in a quiet location about 15 minutes walk from Saint Charles station. The managers Marine and Julien were available, very pleasant and helpful and a small technical problem was quickly resolved. The AC in the main room works quietly for both hot and cold air and there are radiators in each bedroom as well as 2 in the living room. Hot water arrives quickly and it’s great to have large walk in showers. Cooking facilities were good and it was nice to have a small supply of condiments available for use. There are some good shops and restaurants nearby. - Argonauts 33 bld. Longchamps – a big bio shop with a cafe. - Carrefour at the top of rue d’Isoard - Ashourya Syrian restaurant (also take away) – 3 bld. National - Le Bar à Pain 18 cr. Joseph Thierry – for a great choice of delicious bread. - Saladin 72 La Canebière - an amazing spice shop.

For us there were a few downsides. - The headline says 15 minutes from Vieux Port. Maybe by car. By foot Google maps says 26 minutes which we found accurate. - Both beds are 140 x 190cms. And both bedrooms are very small. - There is a place in the hall to hang coats, but no wardrobes or chest of drawers in the bedrooms. - The original louvre window shutters let in light, so bring eye shades if you are sensitive to light. - The coffee machine is a Bosch Tassimo which uses capsules twice the price of Nespresso (can be bought at the Carrefour). - Despite having been mentioned in previous reviews, there are still no kitchen or bread knives. - Entry is via an untidy courtyard, where there are two small workshops, one for storage and repair of delivery scooters and one repair paint. You can hear some noise from early morning till after midnight on some days – even on a Sunday. Bring ear plugs!!! We enjoyed our stay despite the downsides.

Perfect apartment for friends or a small family!

Lovely Apartment. Great location! Wonderful hosts! Cold AC!! Would definitely rent it again! Grocery store, bars, and amazing bakery’s less than 5 minute walk away!

Not an actual dislike, but a be prepared for…. It’s common in some areas of Europe to put the toilet in its own small space. So in this apartment, you have two bath rooms with sinks and showers and one separate water closet for the toilet.

L'apartament és suficientment gran per a 4 persones. Està aprop del centre ciutat i del tramvia. Hi ha un Carrfour al costat. L'estació del tren és a tocar.

L'edifici on hi ha l'apartament és vell i mal consevat, no és el de l'adreça de la web que és un edifici modern. Hem trobal paneroles dins l'apartament. En les fotos es veuen dos banys amb banyera però hi ha tan sols un water molt petit cosa molt incòmode per a 4 persones. No van deixar usar la rentadora i la secadora. L 'aire condicionat no te força per a refrigerar tot l'apartament i fa molta calor. Hi havia roba per rentar en un armari i fei olor.
