Modern and contemporary, well furnished and really comfortable, beds comfortable. There’s a wonderful area outside, really safe for our 2 year old to run around, with garden furniture to watch her with a nice cuppa or a glass of wine when she goes to sleep!
Close to the clubhouse, amusements, shop and caffe. Everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday.
We’ve been staying in and around Great Yarmouth/Hemsby for thirty years or more, this is the nicest chalet we’ve ever stayed in.
We were lucky to have the most beautiful weather too.
The bathroom, oven, oven trays and saucepans could have been cleaner. We went to the caffe for dinner one evening rather than use the oven.
I think owners should now and then have a spot check on the cleanliness of their properties, you only have to look at how lovely this chalet is presented to know they are unaware of these problems.
We saw cleaners come and go the average time was about 20 minutes cleaning a chalet. Considering Booking. Com charged me over £50 cleaning fee it’s not good enough!

Lovely little chalet everything was 10/10 for us and the beds was so comfy 😊 will definitely be staying again.
The site is run down but do t let that put you off as chalet is really nice.

I found the double bed very comfortable and the location was good.
We found that it was hard to lock the door on leaving.
