The staff was fabulous. They were easy to communicate with whether they were on premises or not. They are located near the tram and walking distance to the Duomo and to the canals. There are cafes, restaurants and bars all steps from the front door. The room was spacious and very clean. This was the perfect location and I would 100% stay there if I visit Milan again. We had a group of 10 people with 5 rooms and everyone enjoyed their stay. If you are visiting Milan this is the perfect location. Check in and check out was easy and efficient. This guest house exceeded all expectations.
Nothing everything was great.

A spacious, comfortable room, in a building on a street with lots of trees and a good selection of restaurants which we enjoyed in the evening. Things available in the room for coffee/tea and cookies in the morning.
The people in the office could have provided clearer information about public transportation. But we managed with online information.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient location with some added bonuses that we didn't expect.

Everything was amazing! From the check in process to the facilities. The room was great, the mini fridge was stocked up: there’s water, orange juice, yogurt, Nespresso machine for you to use. It was an amazing experience. Made our stay in Milan feel so much better with the accommodation.
Nothing.
