A lovely, authentic historic house in a small and cozy town, beautifully restored by the owners themselves.
There is parking available, and check-in was easy and self-service. The room was pleasant, bright, and comfortable. The house is full of interesting interior details and unusual objects that give it a lot of character. We really appreciated hearing from the host about how they restored the house and how important it is to them.
The courtyard is a lovely place for breakfast or dinner. There are shops and restaurants in the town, and a large SPAR is just a 3-minute drive away. Tea is available, and there is also a coffee machine in the shared area.
The host was very kind and welcoming.
One thing to keep in mind is that there is a church nearby, and the bell rings at 7 a.m. and then randomly throughout the day, sometimes quite often. It was absolutely fine for us, and the windows can be closed if you are sensitive to noise.

Nagyon hangulatos, tágas apartman egy kicsi településen Ljubljana mellett (Dob), olyan, mint egy régi parasztház, csak felújítva! Igazán egyedi a berendezés, nagyon tetszettek a bútorok és a dekoráció. A konyha jól felszerelt, minden van, ami a főzéshez szükséges (sütő nincsen). A parkolás igyenes a ház mellett. Ljubljana központja kb. 15-20 percre van innen kocsival. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, a bejelentkezés egyszerű volt, távozáskor még meg is lepett egy kis ajándékkal! Aki hétvégén érkezik Szlovéniába, az számoljon azzal, hogy vasárnap zárva vannak az üzletek!
Egy mikrohullámú sütő hasznos lenne a konyhába, főleg így, hogy hagyományos sütő sincsen, csak főzőlap.

what breakfast?????? I thought there a breakfast too,,, disappointed we did have a full size kitchen with spices and condiments
the place was definitely historic and decorated nicely. the host was friendly but hard to get ahold of, the town is a darling.village atmosphere
the only bathroom... the bath was a joke... no handle bars to get out of the tub..which was very hard to get in and out of.. no mat in tub or shower and no mat on floor once out.. I slipped ... had to be careful bathing..didn't like the heating system.. used a heater to warm the living space.
