Everything, especially the friendly staff.
Unfortunately our shower drain was a bot blocked. Nit we reported it the next morning, it os was resolved

The animals comes straight to your tent and are not afraid of humans which makes it a great experience.
Great facilities for the whole family like water slides, pools, bar, spa. Great food and drinks, clean toilet facilities, friendly staff that is always around to assist. The shop stocks all necessary items so you dont even need to load your car unnecessarily as the shops prices are reasonable.
Great value for money therefore highly recommended.
The 8kms gravel road is not good for a car so you should warn people who booked in advance that they should use a bakkie or SUV. The road is quite bad with numerous holes and water logged spots that makes it difficult for a car to drive through.

The bed frames and couches need maintenance or better yet changing they are not in good conditions
