Não recomendo esta casa, apesar do condomínio ser ótimo!.., há outras casa melhores no mesmo condomínio, como a Casa Pep

A piscina, a máquina de gelo e a mesa de jantar.

A empresa yalug, que intermediou o aluguel da casa, cobrou um valor caução de R$2.500 para ser devolvido com até 7 dias após a hospedagem. Já se passaram 12 dias úteis e o valor ainda não nos foi devolvido! No trato são pouco receptivos, sem tato e exigentes, ameaçaram-nos não poder entrar na casa, só por eu não ter enviado o comprovante antes das 48h - e o pagamento de tudo já havia sido feito, tanto da casa quanto da caução! Mas para devolver o que não pertence a eles, são lentos e procrastinadores! A casa estava com goteiras na sala, teias de aranhas enormes em várias partes da casa (tenho fotos), um dos aparelhos de ar condicionado não gelava e pingava ininterruptamente, gotejou a noite toda, foi tanta água que fez poças no chão da suíte. Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado estavam notoriamente sem manutenção. Os travesseiros são desconfortáveis.

A casa acomodou bem 14 pessoas. As áreas sociais são bem integradas com a piscina. O Clube do condomínio é muito bom com excelente academia e piscina.

A casa não tem 5 suítes completas. São 3 suítes e 2 semi-suítes. Sorte que no nosso grupo tinha dois casais da mesma família (pais e filha casada).
