Lage ausgezeichnet, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ausstattung ok, ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten gemacht werden. Kommunikation mit dem Team war einfach und sehr freundlich.

Alles! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Infrarotkabine, welches nicht überteuert war, wie in anderen Hotels. Die Sauberkeit war 1a! Der Standort und der Service waren super! Wir sind schon 2 Mal da gewesen und kommen sicher wieder.

Die Lage des Hotels. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten am See. Ich fahre sicher wieder nach Mondsee, um ein wenig mehr zu entdecken.
Da ich Zöliakie habe, hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass auch im Snackautomat für etwas dabei wäre. Es gibt schon so viele glutenfreie Snacks.

Von außen ist das hotel eher unscheinbar, von innen aber top. Das gebuchte Apartment war super schön. Sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Check in erst ab 15:00.

Die Organisation - alles ohne persönlichen Kontakt war sehr gut - wir konnten keine Fehler machen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein leckeres Frühstück erhält man im Cafe Konditorei Braun ab 8:00 Uhr -> ca. 3-4 Minuten Gehweg.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Zum Zentrum und zur Basilika sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Auf dem Weg gibt es sehr gute Restaurants, nette kleine Boutiquen und Nahversorger.
Das Zimmer ist hell, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht, wie z.B. einem Kaminfeuer.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Dazu fällt mir nichts ein. Es war so, wie es sein sollte 😊

Room was beautiful. Home from home. Staff not based on site but communication quick via bookings.com or phone. Very well organised. Beautiful lake down the road well worth the visit . More of a sleepy town as we were travelling thru so used this as a base for a few days and was perfect

Beautiful, spacious, clean
Friendly staff
They even supplied a fan in each room
No elevator. It was hard to get the luggage up and down, especially that we were a big family with many pieces of luggage
