The location. Very central.
The bed was so uncomfortable. Not sure what the mattress was made of but it was too soft. As someone who is a very light sleeper the building can be noisy at nights with people returning etc. That was a personal issue though as most people would probably be okay with that.

No breakfast. In 6 days the reception was unattended, I wanted to ask about kitchen, but messages went to Booking.com and i got no answer. Bed was good, Shower was hot. Roof Garden was great! Good central location. We turned off the heating,aircon and did not try the TV.
This was advertised as having Microwave, Toaster, self catering things. There was a small fridge. I took the shelf out to get the Yoghurt in! There was not even a glass, bottle opener or teaspoon. let alone micro kitchen or communal cooking space.
The flashing smoke alarm in the middle of the ceiling kept us both awake.

Very nice building in the heart of the old town, beautiful roof top with nice views at sunset, friendly nice host. Our room was ready before 3 pm( official check in houer)- much appreciated.

Central location, ease to come and go
Mold in the bathroom, towel rail came away from the wall, rug was worn and didn't look clean. The room looks nice but it's pretty basic. No facility to look after luggage and the only time I saw someone on reception was when I checked in or they were expecting someone to check in. You had to communicate via WhatsApp.
