Really nice receptionist, who was eager to help and always with a smile :)
The room is really comfortable and beautiful! Big plus is all the storage, a fan and an AC. The elevator to the different floors is also really much appreciated.
Right besides the hotel, you have a wonderful garden café. All in all, would recommend 😊
For the future, it would be amazing for the reception to be able to provide more information to guests regarding further travel, e.g. bus stops and schedules (particularly considering that many people probably want to go do Ba Na Hills, Marbel Mountains, Hoi An, etc. and could need some further local knowledge on how to get there the best).
Also the reception is mostly empty. The lady at the reception gave us her phone number so we could always ask questions, which is very nice 👍
however, it still feels differently approachable if someone is there who you can contact in person.

This apartment is well-located, its proximity to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets is ideal. The room size was adequate as was the shower. The rooftop pool would have been nice if there were sunbeds instead of chairs.
The standard of cleaning was abysmal. Dust and dirt on every surface. Floor in room and shower was not cleaned during our entire month stay. Hairs and dust on bathroom floor, shower glass, and all windows very dirty. We had to ask for beds to be changed. The balconies were unusable, filthy dirty, with just a drying rack and a lot of dead plants. Stains on curtains, walls, everywhere. Reception area is gloomy, could be nice. Seldom staff at the “24 hour” reception. Keys often left out for incoming guests. One saucepan, no cups, and two small bowls.
