My family and I stayed at the "Comfy Cove" during our visit to Montgomery for my niece's wedding. Cannot say enough great things about the home, the view, the service, etc. Definitely one the the best vacation rentals we have ever been in! If you are searching through properties to stay at in this area, stop your search. This is the one!

We’ve stayed on the lake several times and this was by far the best vacation home. Expansive space and great location, but also all the extras that make a vacation: plush towels, well equipped kitchen and comprehensive directions and recommendations. We’ve already booked our next stay.

We had such a good time. Sat and had coffee on the patio and watched the fish jump in the water. Dining room table was perfect for fun and games. Nice big kitchen. Needed a bigger supply of coffee, sweetner and creamer. Maybe a few more trash bags and also bathroom soap. Otherwise, fit our needs perfectly.

Mike's home was an absolutely wonderful escape from the city for the weekend. The great breeze off the lake kept the backyard cool despite the high temps, and the fully featured home made for a very comfortable stay. My favorite part was the chairs by the lake and the inflatables in the garage for floating in the water! Thanks again and look forward to our next stay!

Had a great time with the family. My grandson enjoyed fishing (sunfish) and paddle boarding. It’s an easy home to cook in. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The home is lovely, an easy place to relax.

This is the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. House was better than advertised, clean and the owner was super helpful. The location in an inlet of the lake was sooo quiet and peaceful. There was no traffic on the street because it’s located 2 houses from the end. I’m be back and have recommended it to my family already

We stay on lake Conroe atleast once or twice a month so I’ve stayed at many Vrbo. I have to admit this 1 has been my favorite so far. Beautiful home, everything you would need is right there and short 10 min boat ride to all restaurants on the lake. We will be back soon!

This house had everything we needed! Pots, pans, dishes - everything! The kitchen items were newer and up to date. Very functional house. Quite neighborhood. Nice neighbors. We caught catfish and sunfish. I could have stayed all week! After fishing we relaxed in the comfy sofa in front of the large TV. We will definitely be back! Very clean!!! And the master bed was so comfy!! Memory foam mattress! Lots of lake toys we didn’t get to!

Everything was perfect!! The house was clean, and had everything we needed. Great location for getting out and about, and yet quiet neighborhood. Water toys and great fishing at the house. We will be back!!❤️❤️

Where to begin? On Friday, we packed everything we could think of prior to embarking on our 3 day weekend with our two sons, our friends and their 24 year old daughter. Little did we know that this amazing place is STOCKED. Really, we joked that the place had everything but the boat: a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and kitchen supplies, loads of water tubes, paddle boards, you name it. When we first got there, we noticed how extremely clean the place was, and were impressed with the location - it is within a cove in calm waters, but close enough so that we could bring our boat near Margaritaville to tube. We spent a lot of our time outside, and caught approximately 15 catfish and one bream right off the dock, bringing our total catch to over 150. We have spent weekends in Conroe a few times but this was the first time we spent it at the Comfy Cove. It definitely won't be our last. Thank you Michael for answering any questions that we had over the weekend; we made memories to last a lifetime.

This was our first time at Comfy Cove but it definitely won't be our last! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. It was spotless when we arrived & check in was so easy with the keyless entry. There was plenty of room for our two families to spread out & enjoy our own space or come together in common areas to hang out. The home is open, airy & beautifully decorated. We appreciated all the comforts of home including a kitchen that is stocked with everything you need, comfy beds & couches to lounge on when we weren't at the lake & plenty of TV's for everyone! The location is incredible. The lake is literally out your back door & where we spent most of our time. Because the house is on a no wake cove, our kids were able to float, swim & fish right off the dock. The owner even provided floats, life jackets & stand up paddle boards which were a big hit with the kids! They spent every minute they could on them! We also rented a boat from a nearby marina & easily docked at the house for breaks. Our family made so many great memories & we can't wait to go back!

What a great house and cove! The place was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked and the grill/blackstone was a nice touch. The master shower was to die for and the beds were comfortable. Very relaxing. I can’t wait to come back and paddle board in the cove and do some fishing off the dock.
