Cozy Breeze Bungalow is a comfortable 750 sq ft escape just blocks from 26 miles of white sand beaches, our cozy & relaxing Bungalow with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, is ideal for a couple or small family visiting the Coast. Walking distance to beach-restaurants-park-quaint downtown in the center of everything the Coast has to offer. Yet plenty of outdoor space with a large private patio that has outdoor eating, relaxing and a grill to enjoy all the seasons of the "Coast Life". This quiet, private, safe stand-alone "Mother-in-law" bungalow shares a half-acre lot with the larger Coastal Breeze Cottage. Now, with our original Gulf Palms Cottage and along with the addition of the Cozy Breeze Bungalow & the Coastal Breeze Cottage we can offer three perfect vacation rentals in one of the best locations of the MS Gulf Coast. In a neighborhood that is private, safe, quiet, relaxing with the beautiful USM Coastal campus to the East, the downtown community of Long Beach (with the Town Greene where all the local activities take place) to the West and the beach, harbor, beach volleyball courts, fishing piers and beachfront restaurants to the South........ and New Orleans or Mobile are just an easy hour drive for a great day trip. A delightful little bungalow in a perfect location. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen. Dealing with Harold was very easy and he was very helpful. We were only a few blocks from the beach and not far from Mobile, Biloxi and New Orleans. We look forward to a return visit to the area and would definitely use the same accomodations

This was an absolute perfect place to stay!!! Was perfect little size and if we would have brought our 2 children we still would of had room. We will absolutely be back! So close to the beach and some awesome restaurants!

I was impressed with the overall appearance as I drove up to it and parked. But even more impressed with the cute little rooms and sparkling style. It was perfect for 2 of us and all the extras in the kitchen added such a nice stay. I will keep this little haven on the beach in mind for future visits. Thank you Harold for helping to make this vaca special.

This is a cute little property 2 bedroom 1 bath. We had a great stay and loved the quiet and peaceful location. Check-in was a breeze and Harold provided all the info we needed for a seamless check-in/ checkout. Recommend!!

This property had a lot of thought & preparation to make it comfortable for guests. All the little details to make the interior more functional were superb. We didn't use the outside patio much because the weather was colder than usual, but it was there & well equipped. This is as good as it can be for us & we would definitely consider another stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Long Beach in this sweet little bungalow. The communication with the host is top notch. The bungalow has everything you’ll need for your stay. We even utilized the grill on the little side patio. There’s also and umbrella and chairs for the beach which was so handy. Don’t miss this one!!

My wife and I (both 57) come to Gulfport/LongBeach several times a year to sit on the beach and relax. This place was perfect for our needs. We often bring our 10 year old granddaughter and there was room for her also. It’s 3 blocks from the beach and not much farther to Winn Dixie. Nice quiet neighborhood. The little idiosyncrasies of the cottage were thoroughly explained by Mr Harold. The place was clean and cold, everything was in order and even the light switches were labeled. Plenty pots, pans, plates and utensils. A nice little side porch with a small barbecue pit plus a gas grill. One of the things I especially liked was the hose located beside the front door. We used it to rinse the sand off our feet when we got back from the beach. We definitely recommend this place for couples and we will surely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the quiet Mississippi coast and the location of this property. We enjoyed riding bikes and walking the neighborhood. It was cozy but all the essentials were included and some thoughtful extras. No issues. Would book again if we came back to the area.

The cottage is on a very quiet street with very nice homes. 3 blocks to downtown and the beach. Everything was provided and the interior was very clean. The outdoor patio was perfect. Our host Harold, was very professional and commuication was excellent. Easy to reach and provided us with everything there is to do in Long Beach, Gulfport, etc. from best restaurants to other activities. Best VRBO I havee experienced. Thanks so much Harold for being a wonderful host! We will be back!

My 2 children ages 6 and 11 and I their mother stayed here at this property for 5 nights. It was quiet and cozy. The neighborhood is good and no one bothered us. The place has great A/C, very fast washer and dryer and a efficient dishwasher. Harold the owner is an amazing host he replies so fast to emails and always answers every question or small issue I was concerned about. He even had his caretaker bring us game boards and toys for the beach which was in my thought going above and beyond to make sure my kids were busy in the house while I was getting things ready for the day. Harold was completely honest in the description about every thing that was odd about the property. Like the handles in the bath tub to the 1 inch step into the laundry room. I actually liked that there were labels on light switches so I knew which switches were for different lights etc. the only thing that bothered me was seeing a palmetto bug which Harold made known in the description as these bugs naturally breed in the surrounding area of Mississippi. I do have to say the beds were too firm and I was not able to sleep as good as I was hoping and the pillows also were not good quality. So I had bad back pain. My sleep was not good but my kids slept well but they are children. Also do to the faucet issue in the bathtub which Harold explained in his description I couldn’t fill the tub with water as normal I ran the shower head til it filled up. I loved the convience of self check in super easy and all the keys were right by the door coming in. There’s a swing in the yard hanging from a tree that the kids enjoyed. Overall the experience was good! Harold is an awesome host! Couldn’t have been more pleased by his fast communication and his efforts to allow us all to have an enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect, the neighborhood was perfect, communication with the owner was beyond excellent. I have few complaints with the home. The threshold going into all the rooms is a hazardous situation. An older person may have trouble and is likely to trip over them. Especially the laundry room. There was a little problem with the electricity and plumbing but the owner is working on getting it fixed. If my partner would not have broken her toe tripping on the threshold I would have given a better review. For the most part it was a good experience and I would use them again.
