Step first into the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a granite countertop breakfast nook which is perfect for a quick snack. There’s plenty of kitchen cabinet space and pantry storage for your groceries and meal prepping. State-of-the-art appliances are also available for even the most particular gourmet chef. Step through the sliding glass doors to the wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay Wildlife Reserve that await you from the large private corner balcony. In the morning, enjoy breakfast out here while watching the ocean sunrise as seagulls and pelicans feast on the ocean's bounty. In the evenings, take a cocktail out and look to the east where you can witness the incredible colors of the setting sun on the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve. Don't forget to have your camera ready because we're sure you will want to capture the moment. Posting these pictures is even easier as we have complimentary WiFi access. There is finally an inviting and fun open floor plan allowing great get-togethers with plenty of room to spare. All modern electronics and appliances will surely make your time fun and exciting. All of the bedroom suites are fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to have a relaxing and stress-free vacation. Inside these plush quarters, we have included queen beds in three of the bedrooms and a full-size over twin bunk bed set with an additional twin trundle. There are TVs in all the bedrooms with premium Cox cable channels, dressers or closet storage, private bathroom or easy bathroom access, and sitting chairs or private balcony access. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The space was perfect. The living room and kitchen were big and spacious and each room pretty much had its own bathroom which was very necessary. The place was clean and felt very homey.

My favorite part of the condo is the closeness to the beach. We traveled with a 2 year old, so very convenient for us to walk back and forth from the condo to the beach as needed. The condo offered a great bit of room along with a nice size corner balcony. Please keep in mind when booking, the parking garage is VERY confusing. When checking in to get your “welcome package” (parking pass/keys), you’ll receive a map of the garage as well. It seems fine, until you get to the garage and there’s no signage. We drove around a few times before finding our designated parking spot. We actually ended up asking a local from across the street who happens to own the swim up bar located in the condo, because the doors to the lobby to the condo was locked (we arrived a little after 4pm.) Once arriving inside our condo, I was not exactly pleased with the cleanliness. Sure, it’s a beach there’s going to be sand regardless… but one of the rugs accidentally got flipped up and there was a huge amount of sand.. like it was swept under there purposely. My son was playing on the floor with his toys and when he got up his feet and clothes were black from the floor. One of the bedrooms (with the bunk beds) smelled like mold/mildew, very strong smell. When walking into the kitchen, it also did not smell good.. it reminded me of a wet dog smell. The bathrooms could’ve also used a good cleaning, along with new shower curtains as they were lined with red mildew at the bottoms.

This was a quiet beach town and easy access to the beach! We have 8 of us in the condo and it was spacious enough for all of us. A couple of things we’d change is it wasn’t close to town for grocery shopping with it being about a 20 minute drive. Secondly, the cleanliness wasn’t 100%. There was sand in two of the beds and under furniture it was dirty/sandy. But if you’re looking for a quiet time away with a less than 5 minute walk to the beach, this is it!

The condo was very roomy and nice. However it could use a good cleaning under the furniture. Very sandy and we found an apple under the master bedroom Chester drawer. I lost an earring and found it along with an apple. Also the elevator was not working all week and it made it hard on my sister going up and down the stairs. She has total knees and it made it very hard for going up and down the steps every day.

I loved the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The walk to the beach was also short. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. The floors were sandy and needed scrubbed. The balcony also needed to be pressure washed. The there pools were also nice but they needed to be cleaned better as well.

We loved staying in this home and didn’t want our time to end. Everything was amazing and would definitely come back during the warmer season when all amenities are open.
