Stunning Oceanfront two-story Penthouse Dramatic ceilings and an abundance of windows framing panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Sandbridge Beach. This oversized penthouse boasts 4 Bed, 3 Full Baths. The views of the from both decks are stunning. The Sandbridge Dunes - Ocean's Point Penthouse Lovely and spacious, Ocean's Point Penthouse is newly furnished and freshly painted, offering stunning views of Sandbridge Beach. The open floor plan includes a light-filled 2 story great room with plenty of seating and a big-screen TV with surround sound. It opens to a kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and stainless-steel appliances. The large dining table, along with the kitchen bar and the furnished coffee bar, seats everyone comfortably. There are three bedrooms on the first floor as well, including a primary suite with a flatscreen TV and its own bathroom with a jetted tub. The two other bedrooms (including one with a private balcony) share a full hallway bathroom. The fourth bedroom / loft on the upper level is the perfect combination of an entertainment space (with a four-in-one mini game table and a big-screen TV), an extra sleeping area, and a workstation. So, this bonus loft can be used as an area for your teens and tweens to get away from the adults or shared by two families. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators. Br 1- King Master Suite and private bath, Br 2- King, Br 3- Queen, Br 4 / Loft area – 2 Queens and a Queen sleeper sofa The outdoor pools will close on October 8, 2023. This property is managed by Sandbridge Stays LLC. No animals are allowed in the home. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: Parking for 2 vehicles in the assigned parking spots for this unit. There are also available unassigned spots on the side of the building. The maximum height for covered parking is 6'4'. No EV parking in the garage, they must be parked on the side of the building or in the city lot. There is also a city parking lot across the street at $10 per night. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Absolutely amazing stay from beginning to the end! I'm coming back sooner than later!! Wow, only thing I'm doing different is bring a rolling cart to eliminate trips up and down!!!

The condo was clean and lovely, with everything as stated on-line. Plenty of space to enjoy for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Lovely views of the ocean from many windows and verandas. Master bathroom was accessible for a disabled family member who also required the elevator to get to the condo. Lovely furnishings and colors; very calming. Gaming area upstairs was fun. The host was very responsive. We gave the penthouse 5 stars!

The property is as pretty as it is advertised. It’s a great place for our family vacation, they’re is plenty of room for 11 of us, ages range from 7-80 years old. We like how peaceful and quiet the place is at night. We took the kids to boardwalk 1 night, it’s about 30 mins drive.
