When staying at this canal-front, three-bedroom home, your most pressing decision will be to go to the beach or spend the day in your gorgeous backyard oasis. Outdoor and indoor living mesh seamlessly, and the only place to start the day is your enclosed Florida room with a cup of coffee in hand. This home features a private dock, three boat slips, a kayak dock with four kayaks, life jackets, and excellent fishing right off the dock. Fishing poles and tackle are provided, so bring your boat and take advantage of the ocean access for deep-sea fishing. Four bicycles and a beach cart with beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, a surfboard, and a stand-up paddleboard are also provided. Get comfy on the tropical-print sofa, or slide into your sparkling pool for a few pre-breakfast laps. When hunger strikes, the well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space for prep. Dine together at the table for eight, pull up a stool at the breakfast bar, or step outside to dine alfresco by the pool. If you decide to head out, grab a beach towel and head to the sand, just two blocks away. You’re also only blocks from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier and downtown Cocoa Beach which has lots of nightlife along with restaurants and small shops. Or, stay home – stock the cooler in the sunroom with your favorite beverages, and pull up a seat at your own private bar. Fire up the gas grill for dinner and spend the evening together on the huge sectional, watching your favorite movies or watch some TV in the sunroom while the kids play in the pool. Another seating area offers a great spot for quiet conversation, and a convenient desk and chair are a great place to catch up on any remote work. Grab one of the board games on hand for some together time before bed, and drift off to sleep in one of three comfortable bedrooms. Your only decision for tomorrow? Whether to hit the beach or pool first. WHAT’S NEARBY Make a stop at the world's largest surf shop, Ron Jon Surf Shop or play a round of mini-golf less than a mile and a half away. If you're traveling with kids, - or you want to feel like a kid - go-kart racing at Beachside Grand Prix is less than three miles from home. THINGS TO KNOW Four adult bicycles, boogie boards, standup paddle board, and a beach cart with toys and chairs are available for guest use. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Dock details: Guests will have access to the home's private dock in deep water with three boat slips available for guest use. Ocean access is close by. Guests can fish off the dock using provided fishing poles and tackle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We loved the pool, the privacy, the quiet view of the Banana river and the direct water access by kayaks. The location to everything you might need is great. However, unless you're ambitious and traveling light, do not plan on walking to the beach. It's a short haul by car but, not a hand carry distance. Overall a very relaxed week for our family of four thanks to a great home.

Very comfortable home, well stocked with kitchen amenities. Welcome basket with goodies is a nice touch. Perfect for two families as master bedroom is on one side of the house and separate from queen and bunk bed room. Pool and yard is very nice and great to view a launch. We spent the majority of our time in the Florida room enjoying the canal views. Home is located on a quiet street, nice for walking our dog. The bikes are a great way to explore the area. Check out the Cocoa Beach Pier or ride into the village. Overall, the home is very comfortable, clean and provides lots of towels, pool and beach toys, BBQ grill is small but works. Would definitely recommend.

This house was lovely but the management is done by VACASA. The A/C and heat is set and controlled remotely and can't be changed by the renter. We experienced extremely cold weather while there. There were times we would have turned the heat down or up but could not. The kitchen is equipped very well. The refrigerator was broken when we arrived and those things happen. My problem is it wasn't the first time it had happened. They had placed a thermometer in the refrigerator to monitor the temperature. It had to be unplugged for 24 hours and re-plugged in. The problem was that we had already placed our groceries in kitchen refrigerator. Fortunately, we were able to transfer the groceries to the garage refrigerator. After 24 hours and many texts, internal VACASA messages, and phones calls I was finally able to speak to a local rep that could help. It was by accident. They were calling to say they forgot to charge me for a pet cleaning fee. I agreed to the fee and then ask about the refrigerator issues. They knew nothing but said they would have a different person call. Once that happened, they were very helpful and suggested we use the garage refrigerator as well. In addition, they owners refunded a 10% amount to compensate for our trouble. You could not leave any unwrapped food on the counters overnight. I mean even donuts in a box. They're some types of very small bugs that would come out at night and cover the food. I've never seen them before. The house had enough garbage bags, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, body soap, hand soap, and shampoo and conditioners. There was not enough toilet paper. The towels and bedding are very nice and the comforters are exchanged for each guest. The washer and dryer in the garage are new and worked perfectly. There are bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards available. All in all, this is a nice and clean house. The cleaning team does a great job. We are thankful they allowed our dog to be part of our Christmas.
