First of all, the hostess is lovely! We are a young family with two children and we received a neat document with recommendations for restaurants and what to do with kids.
The house is very well equipped - there was everything we needed for our stay, my wife even made me a birthday cake, so we definitely had every possible kitchen utensil we could have wanted.
Two things to note:
If you are coming with a lot of equipment, or a stroller, note that the elevator that will take you to the third floor - where the apartment is - is half a floor after the entrance. You have to climb a few stairs to reach the elevator.
Another thing, there is an air conditioner in the unit, but only in the living room. Since the unit is large, it takes a long time for the air conditioner to cool all the parts of the house.
The main advantage of the unit is of course the lake. According to one of the neighbors - it is the largest private beach around the lake. The neighbors were pleasant, the water was pleasant, and we spent a few hours there pleasantly.
One last thing - the nearby Sport Hotel was an advantage for us, as we could rent a boat within walking distance to sail on the lake. There was no excessive noise from the hotel.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist riesengroß, unglaublich gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt hier hineingesteckt wurde.
Die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich: von Kaffeemaschine über Brotschneidemaschine bis hin zu einem XXL-Kühlschrank und eigener 'Gefrierschrank – wirklich alles war vorhanden. Auch Waschmaschine und Trockner standen zur Verfügung, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit: Alles war tipptopp geputzt und in perfektem Zustand. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt.
Eine echte Traumwohnung mit sehr viel Platz, perfekter Ausstattung und großem Wohlfühlfaktor. So eine Unterkunft findet man selten! Ein großes Dankeschön an den Vermieter – man merkt, dass hier großer Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen – es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden. 😊

Die Lage (Ortszentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, tolle Lokale, ... waren fußläufig zu erreichen) und das wunderschöne Appartement waren perfekt für uns.
Nebenan ist ein Sporthotel offenbar für Schulklassen und die haben einfach den ganzen Tag Energie und es wird teilweise etwas laut. Aber das hat uns nicht wirklich gestört - sind halt junge Leute.

Great location. Close to Spar and Lidl. Billa is a bit further down the road. Apartment is very well maintained and equipped. Very quiet neighbourhood. Super host.
