Situated in SeaTac, this charming house for $189 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Large 2-Story home on a private street with 4Rooms with large King bed master, 2.5Bath & dedicated work space home with everything you need. Home is about 5min from SeaTac Airport & 15min to Seattle downtown with convenient access to I-5 & Hwy-405 for easy commute to Seattle & localities. BEFORE BOOKING: We want to make sure you enjoy comfortable and quite stay and respect the private neighborhood. Please Review Policy & Rules for this property. WE HAVE STRICT RULES AGAINT PARTIES, EVENTS, NOISE & SMOKING. This is a large two story home with everything you need. Perfect for large group who are travelling for work and vacation. The home is located on a private street with ground level access. Distance to Major Destinations: SeaTac Airport-2miles Seattle DownTown/Cruise Terminal-14miles Bellevue DownTown/Square Mall-16miles South Center/Westfield Mall-2miles Seahawks/Mariners Fields-13miles THE HOME: Family and Living room: Large size room with leather sofas and smart TV in the family room Dining Room/Breakfast nook: Both with dining table for comfortable meals Bedrooms: Four bedrooms on the top floor; including large master suite with comfortable King size bed Bathrooms: Half size power room on the bottom floor and Two full size bathrooms with Tubs on the top (including large master bath) Laundry: Full size washer/dryer with everything you need - FREE Patio/Backyard: Step into the back yard from large sliding doors. Patio with out door furniture. Fully fenced back yard, perfect for kids and pets. -AC and Fans: Normally don't need an AC in Pacific NW but we have an AC in main/common area on top floor and portable fans in all rooms Parking: Large driveway for two vehicles and additional parking on the side. Maximum two vehicles allowed on the premises. Our homes have key pad locks for easy self Check-In-Check-Out process . You will be provided with necessary information and key pad code couple of days before your arrival.

We were a group of 6, my husband, myself our two adult children and their mates. Too many is us to stay with my 80 year old in laws. When we arrived we did notice a bedroom window was left open. It was the room next to the master bedroom and the shed in the back had the door open. We closed them both. The bathroom shower could use a plastic shower curtain on the inside of the one that is currently there. You have a great house though. Thank you for letting use rent it. We will keep you in mind for our next family visit.

We booked a cruise and needed a house for two days. We are so glad we found this beautiful home. The check-in was easy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect! Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

It was very nice. Loved the patio. Loved how close to airport as we had to be at airport at 4:00 AM. Beds were comfortable. However, a few things were broken when we got there such as dining room chair, patio screen, toilet paper holder in upstairs bathroom. Also, did not have wash cloths for shower or bath. Had to call VRBO to get address as it was not included in emails.

This place was perfect! We had a group of 7. We came in early to tour Seattle before our cruise and it fit our needs perfectly. The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions.

There are things the owner could do make this a great property.
The blue carpet needs to be replaced as it has several stains and very warn. There are holes in the walls where TVs have been removed, no blinds in the master bath, blinds in master bedroom that haven’t been cleaned in quite some time and the backyard has been neglected and not a place to hang out.
With some updates/fixes as mentioned and decorated nicely, this home would be a great place to stay.

Nice house in a very convenient location to the SeaTac airport. Stayed overnight for going on a cruise the next day. House was fine, although there were some areas that could use some attention and touch up (walls and carpet stains), and one of the beds was not comfortable. Overall, for one night, this was what we needed.

This was the perfect home for our short stay in Seattle! Supplies like toilet paper and coffee were included! All bedrooms are upstairs, so just be aware of this if you have any mobility issues. Would stay again!

Just a small suggestion: being as we were three ladies in our late 50s/early 60s, it would be nice to have some window coverings (curtains or drapes) in the upstairs bathroom and bedrooms. Neighbor's bright light shines directly in to the master bedroom.

Location and neighborhood is decent, felt safe and quiet. House is large, has necessities but sparsely decorated. There was quite a bit of damage, holes in the walls, molding loose and the carpet was absolutely filthy and stained. When I contacted the host he said he had some long term guests check out prior to our arrival and didn’t have time for thorough cleaning and repairs. I asked for a partial refund, he agreed but after 2 weeks I haven’t seen the money. I am a host myself and would have handled things much differently. I think there are better options out there.

A group of 7 adults. This house provided plenty of space, bathrooms and beds for us while laying over in seattle 2 days before flying to Hawaii. The cost was the same as renting 2-2 bedroom hotels near the airport. The owners live elsewhere but were quick to respond as needed with a question.

This home was perfect for our family stay in Seattle. Our younger daughter is a student at UW and our older daughter needed to catch an early morning flight out of Seatac. Our UW daughter took light rail and met us at the Angle Lake station. We all stayed in this lovely home and relaxed watching movies. There is a Safeway around 3 minutes away, so we picked up food and snacks and relaxed.
The home was perfect. It's large and spacious and in a lovely neighborhood. The homeowners did a great job and were very easy to communicate with. Our questions were answered promptly.
The early morning drive to SeaTac was an easy 6 minute drive. We were all happy to be rested in the morning.
We drove back our younger daughter back to UW and enjoyed the rest of our Saturday.
We'd definitely stay here again!
