Padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile, casa con spazi molto ampi e puliti in zona tranquilla. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione, abbondante e varia :)
Peccato non ci sia la tv in camera ma si trovi solo in salotto

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin begrüßt (spricht aber nur italienisch). Den Wagen konnte man direkt vor dem Haus abstellen. Der Blick aus dem 1. OG auf die Stadt und die Berge ist sehr schön. Die FeWo hat 2 Bäder und 2 Stockwerke und ist insgesamt groß. Smart-TV im EG hat gut funktioniert. Die Fotos sind weitgehend zutreffend, wecken aber insgesamt einen anderen Eindruck gegenüber der Realität.
Jede Nacht haben verschiedene Hunde in der Umgebung gebellt, in den frühen Morgenstunden krähte laut ein Hahn. Wir hatten am Ende ein ernstes Schlaf-Defizit! Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist okay, vieles wirkt aber wie bei meiner Oma. WLAN funktioniert nur im EG, aber nicht im 1. OG. Das nächste Mal würden wir eher in Ascoli Piceno Altstadt wohnen.

Casa in posizione strategica incastonata nella campagna appena fuori le mura della città. Si può contare su pulizia degli ambienti e tranquillità. La sig.ra Carla ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa e ci ha fatto trovare la crostata fatta da lei.
La casa è disposta su più livelli, quindi non adatta alle persone con difficoltà di movimento.

A large and well equipped apartment near Ascoli Piceno. Since we rented the whole apartment for 3 persons we had two bathrooms, the kitchen and living room for our own use. The host is a very kind lady who lives there. She does not speak English but we still understand each other very well. The breakfast was perfect, a fully packed fridge and Italian style sweet cookies for our stay. The place is ca.2-3 km from the city centre but easy to find parking place. Good starting pont to explore the city, the Sibillini montains and the sea (30 minutes drive).
