We have plenty of seating with our two armchairs and couch gathered around the flat-screen TV. Have a fun movie night, or relax with some tv after a long day at the beach. The sofa can also be converted into a sleeper/sofa. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen�the round table seats four. The family can gather around for a homemade meal or snacks breaks. There are also four additional seats around the family breakfast bar for a hot cup of coffee or as extra seating for guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped with whatever you may need. Head over to the local Blue Marlin grocery store and stock up on ingredients for a nice meal. The quaint guest room has a closet for storing all your vacation clothes and a cozy bed to rest your head after a day of exploring. The master bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, ideal for a late-night movie. *In-unit washer/dyer - detergent available upon request at our Padre Island Rentals 24 Hour Guest Welcome Center. *Padre Island Rentals has a free towel and linen exchange for towels and linens provided by Padre Island Rentals; this is located on the east side (beachside) of our building. Exchange hours are between 11 am and 3 pm daily. POLICIES & INFO *On each 3rd Tuesday of every month, pest control services are performed at this vacation home. Guests are required to grant the pest control technicians access to this vacation home. *Our home is family-friendly and non-smoking. *This vacation home does NOT allow pets. *Guest capacity is strictly enforced. *We strive to regularly update our photos and listing description; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions. *Our staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory in this home; however, if you find something lacking, please reach out by phone to our front office so we may promptly address your needs.
