The overall stay was wonderful and comfortable.
Breakfast can definitely get better. Although the staff was warm and friendly, but there can be more variety for breakfast even if it's vegetarian.

ON THE WHOLE IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT STAY. STAFF WAS VERY COOPERATIVE. CLEANLINESS WAS ON THE MARK. HOUSEKEEPING DID A GOOD JOB.
CAR PARKING WAS A NUISANCE, NO PROPER LIGHTS, VERY SMALL GAP BETWEEN HYDRAULIC JACKS TO GET CAR INSIDE , NO PROPER PLANING, IF WE GO TOO FAR BACK WE CANNOT OPEN CAR DOORS, THE OIL, GREASE ON SUSPENSION SYSTEM GETS ON OUR SHIRT, THEY COULD HAVE MADE ONE ELEVATOR LESS AND EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE. ALSO RAIN WATER DRIPS INSIDE BASEMENT CAR PARKING, AND SOME RUSTED WATER RUINED PAINT ON MY CAR. ANOTHER ISSUE WE HAD, WITH ROOM KEY, EVEN IF THERE ARE TWO OR THREE GUESTS THEY CANNOT AFFORD TWO KEYS PER ROOM. IF PARTNER NEEDS TO TAKE REST AND ONE PERSON WANTS TO GO FOR EARLY BREAKFAST , YOU CANNOT GET IN THE ROOM WITHOUT DISTURBING THE PARTNER, YOU CANNOT, YOU MUST RING THE BELL, YOU MUST DISTURB THE PERSON WHO MY NOT BE FEELING GOOD TO OPEN THE DOOR. VERY IRRITATING.
