Endroit extrêmement discret, très belle demeure, très grand espace deux chambres.
Accès de plain-pied au jardin. l’endroit est exceptionnel par sa situation
Le lac était à, quelques mètres de long, mais pas d’accès direct au lac.

Beautiful property and location. Only spoke to the host via email since I was sick but she was nice. The house is nice and new and the garden is nice, they have a few weeds but mostly roses, achillea, verbena bonariensis, palms for shade, dwarf bamboo maybe as a screen, japanese maples, very peaceful. Can see the lake a little through a few trees, it's very close, ~1/2mi walk to the beautiful municipal beach. It was nice there were plates and utensils and dish soap. The toilet room has a window to the outside which was a lifesaver after getting food poisoning in Aix les Bains.
I understand the windows in France don't have screens but I didn't like that the glass slider door on the ground level didn't have a screen door. You need it open at night for the cool air and there's only a thin curtain to stop bugs or animals from wandering in. The host provided a bug catcher with blacklight for the bugs which was great. But it's somewhat rural there an animal could have wandered in (a cat did during the day) or other houses in the little neighborhood could have pests that want to explore. Other than that the place was great for the price. I would have expected to pay more if there was a kitchen. The wifi was out of service which was a bummer but the host warned us and apologized.
