La originalidad de la casa al estar rehabilitada la antigua bodega familiar, con mucho gusto y funcionalidad. Perfecta para visitar Sanlúcar, la plaza del Cabildo muy cerca ,el mercado de abastos, muchos restaurantes . El poder tener el coche en la misma puerta fue otro punto a favor,ya que todos los días íbamos a las playas de Chipiona.
La playa está más lejos pero se puede ir dando un paseo
