Very clean
Quiet area.
Nice view from balcony
The tight space for parking is not good at all. I would concider my car a medium size. The lack of space to back in to the garage gave me anxiety. When I first exited the property the angle of the driveway to the road is atrocious and needs to be redone. This driveway not only caused damage to my vehicle but to multiple others. I am just glad my car had a bull bar on it as it took the most damage from the front of my car scraping the driveway on the way out. It wasn't until this happened that I saw multiple major deep scrapes on the driveway from other vehicles. The damages caused by the exiting driveway had nothing to do with driver ability and everything to do with how the driveway was built. This is a shame as this is the only reason why I would not come back.
There should be photos of the driveway included in the profile of this property. One garage had a 45degree angle into from the driveway. Im glad my room did not have this garage. I didn't get any photos of the scrapes by the exiting driveway as I was too mad at the time and forgot.

Very spacious and beautiful view
The location was a bit uphill steep and with my heart condition it was a little bit tiring but good exercise anyway

It had a nice view over the park and Airlie Beach Hotel.
It has a very steep driveway and then stairs up to the apartment. The back patio of the apartment needed tidying up and drop palm trees taken away. The bathrooms also need updating. Some more kitchen tools e.g an egg spatula and other so eggs could be turned in a pan etc. It would be good to advise in the handy guest book that the laundry is in the garage. It took us a bit to discover this.
