This place is beautiful and really peaceful. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. The wifi and TV work really well and there is a work desk if needed. The bed is comfortable and, best of all, breakfast is included!! This is very rare nowadays, so very appreciated. The staff was very friendly and it was lovely to chat with them.
The location is also nice, a close walk to the tower of Pisa and all the restaurants.
Nothing. My only comment for guests is that inside parking is limited and needs to be reserved in advance. We didn’t realize this so didn’t have an available spot, but were able to find street parking only a few meters away with no problem.

Helped with entering city ZTL zone with soccer match.
Good breakfast.
Well maintained location and great furnished.
City center easy to reach within short time.

The location is ok not that far from the tower. And parking space although there are only three very tight spaces and there are four rooms for rent. Only the next morning two young ladies came to serve breakfast and that was the only time I saw someone. Decent size room. Bathroom ok and a big shower. There are only sweet things for breakfast. No bread nor meat nor cheese. 146€ per night for two croissants and a bed seems excessive to me. I have had much more cheaper rooms in Florence, and other locations in Tuscany with parking space and a very varied breakfast.
The fact that it is not mentioned in Booking.com that it is a Self service checking. On the morning of my arrival at the location, I receive a message from someone called Paul on WhatsApp with certain instructions, codes, and what I need to do to access the building. Once arrived at the location the treasure hunt begins. I also have some concerns regarding the safety of the home. The key I used to access the front door of the house is the same key that opens the door to the room. This means that everyone can have access to all the rooms? And the owner is relying on the honesty of his customers? As for access to the yard, it is done through the so-called code, but behind the door handle there is a button that if you press, the gate opens and anyone passing by on the street can enter the yard.
