This contemporary ski lodge is perfect for groups or families, especially those with pets. Well-equipped kitchen. In winter, Sugarloaf mountain is 10 minutes away - some of New England's best skiing. The Sugarloaf Outdoor Center has 30 miles / 55 km of maintained, groomed country / snowshoeing trails, and outdoor ice rink. Heated mud room and boot dryers ensure that your equipment is always warm and ready. And if you have an EV, you can recharge on our Level 2 charger (provides 40 A) and take a break from range anxiety. In spring/summer/fall, enjoy miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, golf (at the beautiful, Robert Trent Jones designed Sugarloaf Golf Club) and frisbee golf (starts near base lodge, is a nice hike too). Relax on the spacious deck or enjoy a fire at the fire pit while grilling dinner on the deck.

Great house! Well appointed, very clean and super comfortable. We had an amazing stay. 5 minute drive to SugarLoaf was great. We spent nights around the gas fireplace talking for hours after great dinners in the large kitchen and dining room.

Best rental yet! I stayed with my husband and 4 close friends for the weekend of my birthday. The property was amazing. The house had everything we needed and was very close to Sugarloaf and surrounding trails. We spent the day hiking and the nights cooking and enjoying the amenities of the house. Greg was very responsive and a great host! I would not hesitate to rent this property again. Thank you for sharing this beautify property with us.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of Sugarloaf from the main floor. The house itself was cozy, comfortable and extremely well-equipped. We were impressed with the attention to detail and the thought that had been put into making our stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living room with its warm fireplace was the perfect place to relax. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind after a long day on the slopes. We also appreciated the fact that there were plenty of towels and linens available, so we never had to worry about running out. The location of the house was perfect - just a short drive from Sugarloaf and with nearby restaurants. We loved the convenience of being so close to everything, yet still feeling like we were in a secluded mountain paradise. Overall, I would highly recommend this ski house to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully located home away from home.

We had an absolute blast at this property. The space was perfect for a group and very close to the mountain and outdoor center. I would recommend highly.

I stayed at Loafer's Lodge with my family and close family friends (4 adults, 5 kids total) for a long weekend of skiing at Sugarloaf. We had a fantastic stay. The house was in great condition (seemed brand new) and had everything we needed. The rooms were good sized and well organized for larger groups with kids including a room with bunk beds and playroom downstairs. All three bathrooms were also good sized and nicely finished. The kitchen had all the plates/bowls/glasses and cooking utensils we needed. The location was also great, just 15 minutes away from the Sugarloaf base lodge, and a spectacular view of the mountain out the front windows. We would love to go back!
