This large home is located in a great neighborhood with mountain views! The home features a beautiful modern decor and two living rooms so there`s plenty of space for the whole family! Each living room has a large screen Smart TV perfect for enjoying your favorite movies and tv shows. The downstairs living room also has a ping pong table and plenty of room for fun. The home is located close to the interstate and all the best attractions Monument and Colorado Springs has to offer! The U.S Air Force Academy is a 10 minute drive, great hiking and biking trails are 5-10 minutes drive, Downtown Monument with lots of local breweries and restaurants (4mi), Downtown Colorado Springs (18 mi), The Broadmoor Hotel, and more!

This was a great place for us to stay to visit our son at USAFA. The main goal was to make lots of home cooked meals for he and his friends, and for the most part we had every dish and pan we could have wanted. The only downside was a lot of dust collected on the upper walls, and the yard was in pretty bad shape. The grass hadn’t been mowed in a long time and the outdoor furniture was unusable due to warped wood and pieces falling off the chairs. It would have been nice to sit outside with the entire family, so that is one issue that we had during our stay. Otherwise this property is great for dinners and movie nights in the basement. Overall we are really happy we stayed at this property!

We enjoyed the house - clean, plenty of room, great view of Pikes Peak from the kitchen. Living room could use more seating. Communication with the host was excellent.
