Bon rapport qualité-prix

Emplacement tranquille. Chambres correctes (nous avions vu sur ville), propres, de taille moyenne. Belle piscine. Petit déjeuner largement suffisant.

Spacious and luxurious

The location is great, close enough to the city centre but on a small street away from the noise. Room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was simple and satisfying. The staff were also very helpful when I needed to check a bus reservation that I made.

Gutes Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp in Battambang

Die neuen Zimmer im hinteren Bereich am Pool, vor allem im oberen Geschoss sind gut! Vorne die älteren ok. Zum Glück konnten wir umziehen.

An oasis in the Battambang heat

Excellent breakfast, first class location, wonderful bedroom lighting and absolute highlight the cooling pool beautifully illuminated after dark. Staff are second to none, we had a brilliant 2 nights here.

Not what we expected.

Friendly responsive staff, extra large room, good breakfast. Nicest bathrobes we have seen in our travels.

Wifi poor, AC unit not big enough to cool the large room, not enough pool chairs (only 5). This isn’t a 4-star property: workout room equipment sparse and not working, no onsite spa, pool looks huge in photos but really very small. The location is not nice, down a littered road, hard to find. They really try hard but it’s a 3 star at best.

Beautiful spot with excellent service

The service was exceptional. The senior villa was amazing - you get a little private garden with outdoor shower. The indoor bathroom was also large and we'll equipped

We only stayed for one night so it's hard to say. It seems like the floor in our room wasn't mopped for a while (or at least not well). The toilet seat was also not as clean as it should (nothing gross though). The pool looked very nice but also too shallow to swim. We didn't use it but we do other people taking a dip so I guess it's good enough to cool down

Très bonne adresse à Battabang

L'hôtel est neuf et confortable, la piscine très agréable. Le restaurant est bon et les prix corrects. Le personnel parle bien anglais et ils nous ont bien aidé dans nos besoins

Nous avons adorés séjourner à cet hôtel. C’est un oasis de paix. Le personnel est exceptionnel toujours souriant et prêt à rendre service. Le petit déjeuner est tres bien. Nous avons utilisé les service du restaurant le soir et tout était délicieux. Un hôtel à recommander

Lovely hotel but beware - Soft drinks pricey

Beautiful boutique hotel tucked away from the main busy area but near enough to walk. Lovely relaxing pool and great rooms.

$2.50 for small can of diet coke and $2 for small coke is extremely overpriced for Cambodia, even in a hotel.

Short stay in Battambang for Project Sothea

Impressive staff who speak good English and are responsive to needs. Room has adequate amenities.

The location can be difficult to navigate to after dark so best to get a tuktuk which in itself is a challenge in Battambang.

To be honest, i would look for another place.

Rooms were quiet big, bathroom had shower and bath tub. Beds and air conditioning okay.

The wifi was kicking you out every few minutes. we waited our breakfast. BF is not served as buffet but single items has to be ordered. took ages. so i had my muesli, then bread with jam, then fruits, the coffee. we spent 50 minutes at BF, most of the time waiting. i had paid but was asked not leave before someone checked that i did not had anything from the minibar, although i said i did not touch it. i do not blame the staff, they are nice, but the whole hotel procedures are not well organized.

Would certainly stay there again when in Battambang.

Breakfast was great, communication was interesting but all the staff tried hard. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Definitely bad choice for stay in Battambang comparing to pricing policy. For this value, many things should be better,

- really nice location - clean swimming pool - comfortbale bed - most staff people try to be helpful

- dirty and stinky bathroom (plumber should pass by…) - 24 hrs reception? You wish… 😅 - noisy cooler in the room - poor level of english language (you have to be lucky to meet only one girl in staff, who can speak and understand you)

We would go back.

Warm welcoming. Nice modern place. Everything worked well in the room except week internet in our room 205. Nice pool area and little restaurant on site was fast with simple meals and free breakfast.

The location was not scary, just away from anything. But you can walk or take tuk most places.

A little hidden gem!

This place is a little gem in a back street of Battambang - but close to the main town. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect - the head receptionist is a delight and being one of the few who spoke English, worked non-stop for 12-14hrs to make sure everyone was looked after. Room was large, clean and comfortable!

Perfect stay for the four of us. Easy reach to everything. Clean comfort and beautiful space.

Great hotel. The decor was beautiful and very art deco. The pool was lovely and the rooms were fresh and clean. Lovely tranquil place. The staff were lovely extremely helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Very comfortable

The food is nice however the descriptions on the menu did not match what was served. A point to be aware of for those with food intolerances. It was difficult to explain this to staff and the response was like warm

Pleasant stay and good value for money.

The room was very spacious and modern. AC worked very well. Breakfast was varied. Staff friendly and did their best to accommodate us.

It was rather small, my room was pool side, so very close and very loud when a family with boisterous teens were enjoying themselves past pool hours. When asked about this, the front desk said that hours had been extended even though the paperwork we were handed at check in earlier that day noted that the pool hours ended at 8 pm. The location was right in the middle of a residential area with rather rough roads and lack of sidewalks. Local restaurants had a bit of rather loud music at night, which was surprising as it was a weekday and not a weekend.

Great value for money

The location of the hotel was perfect. We walked into town on our last night to grab a bite to eat and walked back to the hotel. It was a great way to get a feel of Battambang. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us organize our tours with an excellent Tuk Tuk Driver named Polo. We also organized a cooking class at the hotel which was great fun.

Pleasant

Beautiful pool setting and if you stay in a room overlooking the pool I image it’s lovely. We mistakenly booked a room without a pool view so it felt slightly separated from the rest of the hotel. Comfortable bed.

Restaurant was very average and staff were very sweet but spent a lot of time of their phones and playing music, but maybe because it wasn’t a busy time!
