Sheets were clean

Broken shower head and holder, broken night stand, missing TV remote, waiting an hour for an iron and much more.

Safe and accessible

Linen was old, the bed is a Murphy’s bed and old. There was no hand soap, dish drying towels, dish washer tablets and other things to make a comfortable stay

I received a completely different apartment than the one I booked. I was told by the customer service that those apartments were occupied. This was very strange to hear as I had booked well in advance. The representatives didn't contact me and didn't inform me about it, putting me in an uncomfortable situation. We had to be accommodated as a foursome in a room that maxes out at three people. I would also like to note the attitude of the customer service, who did not solve the problem, but offered to refund the money so that we could find another accommodation. This is incredibly rude on their part, as the search for new accommodation day in day out would take up a lot of our personal time, and we only had 1 night in Warsaw. If anyone is reading this review, I highly unrecommend renting here!!!! You can be deceived and moreover, do not want to solve your problem in any way.

Mimo bliskości dużych arterii okolica spokojna. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, wystarczający nawet na dłuższe pobyty.

Nie otrzymałam na czas kodu do skrytki z kluczem. Kontakt telefoniczny z gospodarzem, pomoc obsługi w otwarciu drzwi zajęły ok 40 minut. Nie działały kanały tv. Czystość 8/10. Dla podróżujących transportem miejskim dość daleko do przystanków, ok. 900m
