The place is interesting. The room I stayed at was on the rooftop - penthouse so to say.
The shower is constructed in such a way that it is uncomfortable to use.

Очень дружелюбный персонал. Удобное расположение рядом с метро (особенно если ехать из старого аэропорта и на европейскую часть города). Номер превзошёл все ожидания.

I want to start by saying that the owner is a really welcoming and pleasant individual. Everything you would expect to find in a hotel room is there, albeit of substandard quality. But I think you won't stay in your room much if you are going to visit Istanbul, so that's kind of an okay thing.
I've been to a lot of hotels, and I can tell you that I'd expect more for the money. A significant letdown was that the restroom is sort of shared and accessible from outside the room rather than being attached to it. There's not even a separate bathroom inside; just open the shower and stand in the corner.

"We enjoyed the stay. It is in a good area, 5 minutes maximum of walking from the hotel to Marmaray/Metro/Bus station and also to Tepe Nautilus mall. The room was clean and the host was very kind. Hot ..."
