Everything was on point — the staff, food, and especially the location. Everything is close by, which was super convenient. I’ll definitely be back!
One thing to keep in mind is that rooms facing the main street can be quite noisy at night.
The only small thing I didn’t like was that when I was leaving, the bellboy saw me struggling with a heavy suitcase but didn’t offer any help. Still, this was just a minor inconvenience and definitely doesn’t affect my overall rating or experience.

Location , Friendly Staff , I was upgraded, very well isolated rooms , close to Metro and bus stations , close to Taksim and Istiklal street.
Breakfast lounge is very small , no variety in food , no enough space in lobby to meet with anyone .

It's a nice clean hotel, about 15 mins away from Taksim Square. The Hotel is modern, and the rooms are nice, but a bit small. I was on the 7th floor and had a nice partial view over the sea.
I had a really unsettling experience during my stay. Around 8:00 in the morning, while I was still asleep, someone from the technical team broke through my locked door. I had the safety chain on from the inside, so the force damaged the door frame. I jumped out of bed, completely startled, and rushed to the door, only to find a technician and a housekeeping staff member standing there.
I couldn’t believe what had just happened, and I reacted instinctively by shouting at them out of shock and confusion. The technician quickly apologized and repaired the door, and from what I assumed, it seemed like they had mistaken my room for another one across the hall.
While I appreciate the apology and the quick fix, it was a very distressing way to be woken up, and it felt like a real violation of my privacy.
I called the reception and reported the incident which was not acceptable.
I just wanted to share what happened in the hope that steps can be taken to make sure something like this doesn’t happen again.
