Hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad en 10 dagen verbleven in april met mijn moeder op hoge leeftijd. Het is een bijzonder gezellig en sfeervol appartement met schitterend weids uitzicht op de Bergamasker Alpen (Alpi Orobi) en Sondrio en het Valtellina. Comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden, prima badkamer, rustig. Handig parkeren overdekt onder het appartement. Goede instructie hoe het appartement te vinden via kleine bergweggetjes. Er achter is ook nog eens een eigen tuin met zitgelegenheid en nog weidser uitzicht. De gastvrouw woont ernaast maar daar merk je weinig van. Ze is altijd bereikbaar voor hulp als nodig, ontvangt je en zwaait je uit! De locatie is prima voor uitstapjes of wandelen in het Valmalenco om de hoek, Alpi Orobi tegenover, Comomeer of regio Bormio. Dagtochten naar Zwitserland (Poschiavo, Bernina en Engadin, Maloja) ook goed te doen van hieruit. 10 minuten met de auto naar centrum Sondrio met goede cafés en restaurants. Goedkoop parkeren in een centrale parkeergarage (Piazza Garibaldi).
Oudere mensen moeten er rekening mee houden dat er vier trappen naar het appartement genomen moeten worden. Wel een met leuning en brede treden. Het lukte mijn moeder op hoge leeftijd nog net!
