New building, nice cozy rooms with smart tv and kitchen. Location is nice, near to supermarkets and bus stop, not far from beach.
No sauna or steam room, no fitness center or pool area to sunbathe. Also no garbage bins near reception area or inside reception. Weird rules, like power off at 12:00. No grace period for check out.

Room was specious but it would be better if change the bed with side tables and put a small sofa and a wardrobe. Need utensils and a microwave oven and a electric burner or electric cattle in the kitchen.
The location wasn't so good, very isolated must have a car or some transport to enjoy the stay . Otherwise the studio apartment is very comfortable. Safe and peaceful environment.
