We loved the property. Everyone was nice and helpful. The food and staff were great.The pool was clean.

- The staff were nice, they let us check in early.
- Close to the beach
- Big open area
Some areas were quite frustrating - overall a 6/10 experience. This was not a 4 star hotel experience.
- Breakfast was 5/10
- Aircon never worked. Reported it twice, works for 5 mins then breaks again.
- Asked for an iron, they said they can’t give me an iron for my shirt and have to wait for housekeeping the next day
- Pool was closed on our last day, which had the best weather. They just said sorry they are doing maintenance (the whole day)
- €40 dinner
- Need to pay for beach towels, not included in a 4-star hotel is crazy
- There is a nice beach area with loungers, but you guessed it, it’s not free, even for hotel guests (4-star hotel btw)
