La posizione rispetto al centro e al mare e' ottima e anche il parcheggio interno e' comodissimo.
L'appartamento andrebbe rinnovato perche' ormai porta i segni del tempo. Purtroppo la pulizia lascia a desiderare (appena entrati abbiamo trovato lo spazzolone del pavimento con lo straccio sporco appeso sopra, un flaconcino di bagno schiuma usato e aperto - dosatore del sapone mani vuoto, cuscini ingialliti dal sudore e pieni di peli/capelli), anche i piumoni copriletto buttati dentro l'armadio sopra l'aspirapolvere, alcune stoviglie nella credenza non pulite ecc.). Inoltre e' la prima volta che ci capita di doverci fare il letto. Anche il mobile/letto a scomparsa era sporco. Credo che nessuno abbia fatto un controllo tra un ospite e l'altro per verificare lo stato della casa.

Locatie was top, 3 minuten lopen van het strand, 10 minuten van het centrum. Hele goede uitvalsbasis voor bezienswaardigheden in Normandie.
Klein tuintje aan de achterkant erbij en een parkeerplaats. Alles met inchecken en sleutel was goed uitgelegd, en er zat een keukentje bij met goede oven & koelkastje. Ruimtes waren niet heel groot, maar prima voor 1 a 2 overnachtingen.
Het matras was van slechte kwaliteit. Niet aan te raden voor mensen met rugklachten helaas.
