The location

The rooms were spacious. The view of the creek and Burj Khalifa is beautiful.
There was no dining table or desk to work at. The staff could only find a chair for me; a table was not available (even though only 7 rooms in the hotel were occupied).
There are very few power outlets. The lighting is a challenge. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. There was no furniture on the balcony.
Housekeeping is very friendly, but not very practical: some water was dripped on the floor and then swept up, and that was it. The bed linen was changed every day, but it has clearly been used often.
