property is centrally located. very close to MOA Arena where my daughter went to see a concert.
for the price you really should not expect much. but what is funny is that. drainage in the shower is elevated to the shower floor so how will the water drain easily. water goes to an inch before it drains.

Good central Location, close to mall of Asia and there are plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area.
Guards were a little unwelcoming upon arrival and getting into the pool always felt like checking onto a plane. However most were very helpful when approaching them and I generally felt very safe during my stay and don't have anything bad to say.

The amenities was good and very near and walking distance in sm mall of asia and sea side
I hope the aminities is free for all tenants. Like swimming pool.

Very poorly maintained property, amenities, an absolute not worth the money spent.
