Frente a la playa y amplio

Situación inmejorable, frente a la playa de la Victoria y un barrio con muchos servicios de hostelería, supermercados. 4 piso con ascensor. Se ve el mar desde el balcón del salón. Piso amplio y los dos baños son un plus. La atención del anfitrión continua y atendiendo peticiones es de agradecer.

El parking es aparte por cuenta propia, aunque hay varios privados muy cerca, con posibilidad de reservar previamente o adquirir bonos por periodos temporales de varios dias. Indispensable en Cádiz si necesitas mover el coche durante estancia.

Decepcionante

Su localización cerca de la playa y de la parte con más restaurantes del paseo marítimo

El piso nos lo en contramos bastante sucio y con muy mal olor. El piso tiene tres dormitorios y solo uno está bien los otros dos son muy pequeños e incómodos. El piso tiene dos cuartos de baños y el que no está reformado tiene un mal olor insoportable, además el inodoro no está bien anclado y se mueve y la puerta está súper hinchada, no se abre fácil y araña el suelo haciendo mucho ruido lo que lo hace muy molesto sobretodo por la noche. En el baño ni una pequeña estantería donde poner una bolsa de aseo. Las almohadas incomodisimas tuvimos que comprar unas en un bazar cercano. Y lo peor lo sucio que estaba casi todo la cocina, vasos, cafetera, microondas, extractor, la mesa del salón, ventiladores,.... Después de pensarme lo aviso de lo que nos habíamos encontrado y respondieron la misma mañana que nos íbamos. En fin una decepción.

Apenas le daba el sol y tenía mucha humedad dentro, al no tener calefacción el ambiente era bastante frío.
